We have been really happy with DeFranco Insurance. Brent Staszak is our agent and has been great on many levels. When we first started with Brent, he reviewed all of our insurance to make sure we had the appropriate coverage levels. He was able to save us money while increasing our coverage. We have also been thrilled with Brent’s customer service. He is always quick to answer questions and respond to requests for quotes. We recently purchased life insurance and Brent helped us understand the different coverage options so we could decide what made the most sense for us. We would definitely recommend Brent and DeFranco Insurance!

My wife and I have been customers of DeFranco Insurance since May of 2014. Our agent, Brent Staszak, contacted us and offered to perform a complimentary, full analysis of our Home/​Auto policies and provided his recommendations based on the coverage limits and corresponding premiums we were paying at the time. To our surprise, Brent was able to find increased coverage on both our Home and Auto policies at nearly a 40% savings. We immediately switched over. Since then, they have proven themselves to be responsive, thorough and genuine.

Debbie really, really knows her stuff and is great at explaining the ins and outs of carious policies. I trust her not to recommend something I don’t need and it is so refreshing having someone who you can trust to guide you through such complicated products. Would definitely recommend her!
