Save yourself some regret and go to a real Verizon store. 1) This store is not a Verizon Wireless corporate store — it is an ‘authorized retailer.’ As a rule, I only go thru VZW store. I don’t go thru middlemen like this unless I have to. Of course, Diamond Wireless needs to make money to exist, so in the end you end up paying more than you would than going thru VZW, directly. 2) They have fake dummy phones in the store! If I am going to spend several hundred dollars on a phone and/or sign myself to a lengthy contract, I want to put my paws on the device. I like to checkout features and really explore the little toy I will be living with for the next year or two. Not cool.

Granted I went in a Sunday afternoon but: after waiting around for a service person(two people working, one with a customer, one on a phone call, one customer there) I was asked to leave a phone number as they are expecting to be free in 10 – 15 minutes. After 40 minutes and no call I came back to a store full of customers, the first one still there, the previously phone occupied service gentleman note on to another customer. At least they could have told me not to waste my time and go to another store straight out
