I love this place. The staff are always so nice and they always do such a wonderful job. They take their time and are very thoughtful in the whole process.
Make sure to bring cash with you for your tip, it is preferred. I completely understand because I work in the service industry as well and base my income off tips and if all you get are tips on credit cards you won’t see that money until you get your paycheck.
I am pretty indecisive about picking out my colors, it takes me time to figure it out so the only thing I would change is to not be rushed when I am picking it out.
Other than that, I am a constant customer because they are truly consistent.

I’m always nervous about choosing new nail salons & I decided to just go out on a limb & try this one. I really wish I hadn’t. I was rushed through the whole process, & I was the only one in there! She was rough with my hands, pulling on my arm & fingers to get my attention. I got acrylics; I’ve had them before, just not for awhile so I know how they work. My fingers ended up being glued to my nail on the edges, my nail is already coming off the acrylics in some places, & they’re dirty underneath. It looks gross. The top looks good I must say, but I was really disappointed, considering these are my engagement nails!

I used to LOVE this place! Great massages, never hurried, & I never had a problem with getting a cuticle cut too short. But the last 4x I’ve gone multiple chairs have been broken. Which means you get settled only to determine the chair will turn off after 5min & have to move to another one. This happened at 2 chairs during one pedicure. I go there to relax & it was stressful & they acted like it wasn’t a problem. These are the original chairs to the place & very old. Until they get replaced I’m going somewhere else.

This is MY nail salon. I really like the consistent look of getting my nails done here. Really nice staff. I appreciate being recognized as a regular and spoken with by name! The owner is very polite and gave me a gift card to get my nails done for my wedding day! Been coming here for years.
Couple things they could work on? Massages during the manicures happen sometimes but not all of the time (but this is one of the best parts!). Sometimes the staff seem annoyed at helping you pick out your nail color if you ask for a different shade. Hey, it’s a service business though, right? These would make it a 5 star experience for me. Take notice, Diva Nails!

I have been going here for a few months and am very happy with my experiences. I am picky about my nails and Jenny does great acrylics! Also very quick. I have been to multiple nail salons around Seattle that I was not pleased with. My nails broke quickly and did not look good. I definitely recommend diva nails for the quality and customer service!

I strongly would NOT recommend this nail shop. They cut my cuticles too short, and it made me bleed. They also had a bad attitude, and did a really crummy job on my manicure. :(

Great job on the gel manicure and regular pedicure. They give a great massage too :) definitely coming back to this place!

The only nail salon I will go to! Been coming here for almost 2 years. The best place I have ever gone to for acrylic nails, every other place does not compare. I have also gotten shellac mani and pedis here as well and was very satisfied! The owner is the best at acrylics and takes her time to perfect the style you are trying to achieve, she is very sweet and I always leave happy thanks to her. They also have 3D nail art and a very wide selection of colors.

The techs here were super friendly, the shop is cozy and comfy, nearly a thousand nail colors to choose from (nicely organized) but it wasn’t the best mani/​pedi I have ever received. It wasn’t terrible, but I’m a bit of a perfectionist. Even so, I will probably come back and try it out again and edit my review as needed!

This place is awesome! Never had a problem with them! If I ever have a problem with my nails they fix it & they do a great job tonight I didn’t get off work til 6 & they closed at 7 by the time I picked up my daughter & got there it was 6:45 they kindly still took us in & we both got our mani pedi without any rushing thanks

I live near this salon, and every time I walk by it always appears busy – to me, that’s a good sign, so I decided to stop by for a pedi the other day.
Although multiple people were already in the pedicure chairs, the owner had no problem taking a walk-​in, and invited me to sit in any open chair. Now, to the meat of the pedicure:
Selection: five stars. Tons of polish colors in both regular and gel.
Service: three stars. The woman working on my feet was quick and did a clean job with the polish, but also cut my cuticle and left me with a nice little scab when I got home.
Cleanliness: five stars. I asked the owner to see how they clean their equipment, and she showed me the sink where they wash the tools and the sterilizer they use after washing the tools. Makes me feel better that I won’t be walking out with a bonus fungus or infection (especially after being cut)
Price: five stars. This place is CHEAP. $ 21 for a pedicure? That’s like Wal-​mart prices, and pretty much unheard of in the service industry.
Overall, four stars to Diva Salon for their affordable and pleasant service.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Best nail services in Seattle! They have 3D art for acrylics but I just go for the pedicures which are never a disappointment. Thank you guys for being on top of your game!

This used to be by favorite nail salon until today I am recovering from stomach flu I drove here from west Seattle thinking I will get a good job done on my nails and worth design I want… so I call ahead and make an appt. I tell them I want design and have picture. So I get there and the lady asks me what shape I say square.
She gives me rounded nails. There is no corners on them. I struggle with her to make them square, she doesn’t understand. I feel bad. Do that goes on and then I want a design she tells me no there’s no time when it was 30 mins to closing. She tells me after she starting painting. Okay after me she moves on to the next client who wants short stiletto acrylic. She cuts get nails square and starts to put acrylic. =(I told her didn’t you want stiletto, she had to cut and shape before acrylic. So the lady was like oh you want round? Omg really. Bad day, I kept asking if the lady was tired or had a long day. I still like this salon but I won’t go out of my way again to go here. I only went here to get the design I wanted and didn’t get.

Still my favorite nail place! Best gel polish selection, wonderful staff and delightful spa! Clean!!! My appointments are always made and kept and orderly (which is not always the case at nail salons). I really appreciate the genuine care of the ladies here! The staff is knowledgable friendly and does a wonderful job w super thin acrylics and gel manicures are flawless! Love love love!

My experience with Diva Nails was amazing! I’ve been searching for a «go-​to» salon for years and I’ve finally found one. Barely any wait, easy parking and felt like a princess being pampered. My shellac and pedicure combo turned out amazing and they even added a 3D bejeweled bow. Thanks to Jenny and the Diva Nails team for an awesome experience. Will definitely be back again!

After having several so-​so experiences at other nail salons, I finally found a GREAT place where they know how to do nails! The staff is also very friendly. They are creative and artistic with designs. Jenny did an amazing job on my shellac nails. My new go to place.

In 5 min before my scheduled time I was told at least 30 min before I was seen… Really unfortunate. Don’t offer appts if you can’t keep them.

I had been here once before, but just for a pedicure. I had a hot date and decided I wanted to upgrade my nails: acrylic tips.
I’m so happy with the «Almond» acrylic nails Linh did for me ! She used a layer of shellac on top. I also got little jewels ($ 5 each).
It’s hard to find a place that does acrylic nails in a fast painless and well-​done manner. I will definitely be going back again and again!

Just moved to Seattle from Arizona and was looking for a new nail place close to my house. Found Diva Nails on Unilocal and decided to try them out for a pedicure. (Called ahead to make an appt — definitely advised because they were busy!)
The lady that did my pedicure did a nice job from and the massage was really nice too :)
The polish is even and applied well.
Also got my eyebrows waxed… another lady came right over to the chair with a «wax cart» and did my eyebrows while my toes were being painted… nothing like efficiency (though sometimes I’d just like to relax and not feel like they are trying to push me out the door).
I’ll be going back to get a gel manicure as soon as I’m in need… if they past that test I’ll be a frequent flyer :)

Great service! I went in after being disappointed with several nail salons. Not only did they fix the bad job done by last place by completely taking off the old acrylics, but they took their time and didn’t rush like most places do. They were all very sweet, accommodating, and humorous despite the language barrier.
As far as quality goes, I’m satisfied. The acrylic set looks great. I came in with a picture in mind and they replicated it exactly. Only complaint is that they had four different people working on me at one pint, but I actually understood their reasoning for it since they had three walk-​ins right at closing time.
The setup is a little lower quality than most, but it’s worth it for the quality and service. Oh, and they only charged me for a full set and a pedi even though I technically got an acrylic removal and nail art done too. ;) Highly recommended! I’ll certainly be going back!
