Cleaned once, did an okay job. Set up payments for monthly cleanup, and never heard from her again. No further cleanings, no response to voicemail or email. Completely unprofessional.

Reason # 1 (and 2) as to why I like small dogs:
little dogs = little poop.
Plain and simple concept, really. I am not a fan of cleaning up dog poop (especially a rather large dog), so I called Susanne at Doody Free to start our dog poop clean up service.
It did take me a while to get a hold of her since I was calling from an out of state area code on my cell. Apparently she had recently been bombarded with a telemarketer from my area code. Once we connected, she offered very prompt service on the same day.
We signed up for the service every 2 weeks. She stopped by in the afternoon and cleaned up after the dog. He had only been there about 3 weeks, so she didn’t charge a «one-​time» or «initialization» fee like so many other places around town wanted to charge. Her prices were very reasonable especially when compared to some of the other places around town. Some places wanted to charge $ 15/​visit (weekly) plus a $ 2.95 «disposal» fee to take the poop off our property. Really people? You want to charge me extra for *&^% you should be taking care of (literally)? Not Susanne. Her prices are very reasonable and worth it. You don’t need to call the other places charging a steep $ 15/​week. «Luxury» service really isn’t needed in this regard!
She brought a couple of baggies with her and asked me if she could put it in our dumpster. She also requested that we save any plastic grocery bags since the city of Renton requests that pet waste be double bagged. Not a problem! She even leaves us little notes to let us know she stopped by.
She offers payments through pay pal, check, cash, or accepting checks through bill pay (through the bank). Works for me!

We don’t step in doggy doody anymore! I am in love with this business and the service they provide. Susanne is always smiling and happy to come scoop for us. We have two kids, one big dog and one little dog which used to be a problem for my entry way. No more thanx to this amazing service. HOORAY!!!
