Went in here today because I am trying to give up cigarettes, and decided to try vaping my nicotine instead. The guy behind the counter (I didn’t get his name) let me try some samples of different flavors and different vape units before I made a purchase. He walked me through how to set it up, how to fill it, and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I will most definitely be going back here for my future vape needs, and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a similar product. Tons of options, and a very personal experience. Thanks guys!

Great place with awsome service. Got my first nickel wire build yesterday and it was free. These guys always give you the answers and help with all questions asked. Definitely a happy customer and will be going back for another visit soon.

I was looking to quit smoking and completely clueless on vaping. These guys are super friendly and answered all my questions and questions I didn’t know about asking. Getting an understanding of the whole spectrum of vaping options, without any kind of pressure from the guys, really helped me make an educated decision on which device and juices fit my lifestyle. I’m happy with my purchase and VERY happy I haven’t touched a cigarette since!

These guys are awesome! I’m totally new to this, trying to quit smoking, and they understand that. I didn’t get pressured into buying anything. I tried a LOT of flavors, and took quite a bit of time to decide. There was only one guy working the day I first went in, and he was patient and attentive even though there was one other person waiting.
I went in today to get some new juice, and there were different guys there, but they were just as awesome. I will definitely be back

This shop is awesome! The guys working there are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I came in with no idea how to coil my new hybrid vape they took the time to build it for me and show me how to do it myself next time around. Free of charge! Couldn’t ask for more. The shop makes their own juices which I purchased a few and must say they are excellent quality and produce massive vapor clouds! Thank you guys for all the help and I will be back as soon as I run out of juice! Give this shop a try you will be very pleased with it!

This shop has a great combination of gear suited to the beginner as well as mech’s and rba’s for the more advanced. Great selection of juices.
The shining star of the shop is the manager Eugene, he is knowledgable, enthusiastic and always willing to help new customers as well as regulars.

Love this place. This location has a good selection, but is somewhat geared towards the newcomers of vaping. I usually see people walking away with Egos and other pen-​type vapes. Nonetheless, the staff is extremely helpful and quite patient during every step of the process when introducing new products to you.
For example, Eugene took the time help me build a Kayfun tank after buying one from this shop. He didn’t have to do that. I could’ve spent the time watching Youtube videos to get started, but we had it up and running within less than an hour. That was much appreciated.
You will pay a bit more than what you get on the ‘net, but it’s worth having someone do the quality check for you at ecignvape, since there’s so much junk on the internet. Since this place has a lot going for it already, I hope it see more selection in regards to juices (Higher VG than PG for drippers) and other components.

Good selection of quality products and very knowledgeable staff. We went in to pick up a new Ego for my friend who was new to vaping. They spent tample time showing us the differences between all their products and made recommendations based on need, not on profit. They also had samples of everything (using sterile disposable mouthpieces) which was a nice touch.
Deducted 1 star because they did seem a little overpriced but hey, everyone’s gotta make a living. I buy all of my vape supplies online so I may be a but biased. Overall it was a friendly, well presented experience!
