I LOVE Einstein’s food!!! I am so disappointed most of the time when I go there though. They get my order wrong almost every time WTH! All I want is a bagel sammy with eggs, cheddar and tomato is that so freaking hard? They forget the tomato 99% of the time! If it didn’t taste so good I would never go back.

Never again. I used to come here all the time before it became Einstein Bros and got all corporate. The bagels themselves have suffered, but what’s really destroying this former bastion of deliciousness is the service. I have experienced attitude here once before, but this last time was the final straw. New guy makes an easily correctable mistake at the register, no problem. The problem arose when I was subjected to the public shaming and belittlement of the kid by his abusive manager. The red haired female manager(ahem corporate overlords), was so nasty to the poor guy that I found myself clenching my fists. The manager basically called the kid an idiot and scolded him for making such an agrigious error(entering the wrong type of bagel!). Unacceptable way to treat an employee. I then inform her that they are out of coffee, which she denies(!!!), so I tell her to go and look. After realizing that all of the coffee it’s empty she snaps at me, «look there is hazelnut coffee right in front of you!» as she begins to refill all other normal coffee dispensers. Oh I’m sorry, because that’s what I ordered, a sickly cup of artificial hazelnut vomit. NO. what a downright power tripping bully. No excuse, if you are stressed working at a g-d dammed bagel shop, you need to seek help. In addition to the service nightmare, my lox bagel included extremely bitter onions, FARMRAISED salmon(yuck), and insufficient cream cheese. RIP Noah’s

So sad. This Einstein Bros Bagels pales to the one in Capitol Hill. Went in at around 10:45 in the morning on a Saturday, and the selection was already paltry, just a selection of 4 – 5 types of bagels left. Most of the display was just empty metal baskets with no bagels. This location also doesn’t offer the latte and mocha drinks that the other locations offer. Service was blah. Selection was blah.

Their bagels are pretty much exactly like every other bagel you can get at a chain bagel shop but they’re getting only two stars because I get attitude every time I ask for my bagels to be sliced. First that’s kind of the job of a bagel guy and second, they have a machine that does it for them, so there’s really no excuse. Seems like they might be trying for barista attitude, but who knows.

The Lox bagel sandwich was delicious. I had a coupon for $ 10 off. And I thought it was the best food I’ve ever gotten off a coupon from

I went there this afternoon for a quick bagel snack with my brother. there were about 2 people a head of us and 1 behind. With 3 employees. Easy, right? No. The new girl at the register did an acceptable job for being new, but it was her coworkers who seemed to be bringing the place down. When paying, the guy at the register was visibly annoyed when the new girl asked a question behind him and his bad attitude made me feel uncomfortable and he rolled her eyes about her… at me. Rude! He mumbled and I felt slightly confused as I walked away with 2 receipts and a drink cup. After waiting for about 6 minutes(remember, only 2 single customers ahead of us) they finally asked what bagel my brother wanted for his sandwich(why wasn’t it started at least 4 minutes ago???) we waited another few minutes and the new girl presented us with 2 hot bagel sandwiches. I ordered a toasted bagel with schmear. The other employee took the sandwich to the other man waiting and then asked me what I ordered! At this point we had been waiting over 10 minutes for one toasted bagel and one sandwich!!! He asked me what I ordered and then STARTEDTHATORDER. after 10 minutes, the 3 of them finally got around to toasting one bagel. Again, 2 people before us in line. I asked for it with just schmear and left. I would not wait any longer for something so simple. The bagel and schmear was good. The pretzel bagel didn’t taste like a pretzel but was tasty and chewy. My brother was disappointed by his tuna melt. The food garnered this place maybe 2 or 3 stars, but the horrible service, attitude, and ineptness made this a 1 star place. Corporate! Please get some training in here! They couldn’t handle 5 people in the store at once!

REVIEWOFCOOKIESONLY I dont know what they do to make there snickerdoodle cookies so yummy, but there is something there! This cookie is moist, has some sort of additional ingredients to enhance the snickerdoodle taste. I was thinking carmel of some sort but most likely not. Whatever it is, order the snickerdoodle cookie if you like that taste and expect a bigger kick!

This place was awesome when Kevin still worked here, he made everybody around him cheerful and excited to be there. Now everyone just seems to be miserable there and it just ruins the fun atmosphere of Einstein’s.

This was my first visit. I ordered a lox bagel. Underneath the haphazard salmon, there was one caper and about 1 teaspoon of creamcheese that had been spread on my bagel. It was so sad and lame I took a picture. You could see all of the bagel through the creamcheese. Each bagel was adorned with a tomatoe slice and two rings of red onion. It was about $ 7.50 with tax I think. Very disapointing. The store was super crowded and I know they were busy, but that doesn’t excuse crappy bagel construction skills. I will never go out of my way to go to this location.

Oy vey. Maybe worst bagels ever. As a basic weird shaped roll, these are ok, but not even close to the required chewiness and mouth feel required for a bagel. I bet Costco and Safeway make better bagels than this — and cheaper. I bought a bakers dozen. Variety of types, plain, sesame, poppy, everything, garlic.

At one point I did like this bagel place but now I am looking for another. I had no idea this was a Kosher bagel bakery. I love the cheese bagel with onion and chives spread and I wanted to be nice so I decided to grab something for my husband. When I asked«do you guys have ham?» the cashier Sam looked at me as if I was a an alien and said«Were a kosher bagel bakery» so rude. I was confused cause I wish we would of been nicer explaning Jewish food laws(education is key here) Sam was rude so I won’t be back but the bagels are okay.

I was there 3÷28÷13 around 6pm. I thought I was in a paint shop, the employee looked untidy and it shows with his customer service. Did he come from painting a building? Waited 20 minutes for a bagel, while the person who took my order actually processed the orders of customers who was in line behind me. Does that make sense? No to me! I only wanted a bagel with smear. So, I walked out 20 minutes later! It’s pretty awesome driving there on your break just for a bagel with only 30 minutes to spare. I ended up wasting gas driving there and most of all, No LUNCH. I use to be a regular, but not anymore. I would highly recommend buying bagels elsewhere. Trust me! Drive/Bus to another location if you love the bagels.

This is the former Noah’s Bagels, under new management and branding. The product line-up is almost identical. Whether Noah’s or Einstein Brothers, these are the only good bagels I’ve found in the Seattle area. For the most part, other retailers just don’t have bagels down, just don’t do it right. This place does. We usually get a dozen bagels(baker’s dozen) and two tubs of smears(lox smear). The bundled price is a good deal. We eat some and freeze the rest. Even after being frozen, these are far superior to other bagels available elsewhere in Seattle. On occasion we’ll also get sandwiches — they do a credible job as a deli, though bagels are their forte.

This location is inside the QFC store. It’s a nice, small little place with enough seating for maybe about ten people. It’s very clean and well organized, much like the store. The staff here are really nice as well. The pizza bagels are delicious! A little pricey but well worth it to try if you haven’t. I was actually really excited to find this place as when I was down in Oregon all my coworkers loved it but the one time I went on my drive back home it was closed. I was so excited to find one in WA as I don’t know of any other location but this one. I really wanted to try the cinnamon bagel bites as I heard they were good but I was a little disappointed. They weren’t fresh, rather sitting in a cup on a stand by the counter. They’re really oily too. I think if they were made fresh it would have been a lot better. In comparison, I like the Pretzel Maker cinnamon bites better. Regardless, I would come back and try some other stuff I haven’t tried yet. November challenge(11/21/2012)

Meh. I’ve experienced better. Or should I say Feh? Ironically I’ve experienced better in the same location when this was Noah’s. «It’s just a name change/logo change,» some will argue, but I beg to differ. The menu change is a letdown, it’s dumbed down, it’s taste down. What had been a regular stop for my brother and I many a Sunday morning(five years plus), a «ritual» you might say, is over. I simply don’t have the patience for the changes on the menu and neither of us found our«replacement» sandwiches as good as the old. The ingredient changes are sub-par and cheap. To set it in stone, the usual shortages in flavors from the bins — plain, chocolate, etc… are enough for me to say Shalom and Adiós.
