Element Hardwood Floors

Kevin sanded and refinished our 20 year old red oak floors. We choose a grey stain which looks amazing! Throughout the process Kevin was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. We love the end result and would definitely use him again.

We had Kevin do the floors in our mid-​century modern home in West Seattle and we couldn’t be happier. Our project had some complicated lace in work (I think that’s what it’s called) that needed to be done because we eliminated some heat registers along with an old a tile hearth. The new Red Oak that Kevin brought matches our 50 year old Oak perfectly. It was a bonus to know that all of their sanders were attached to HEPA filtered vacuums so we didn’t have to deal with dust all over the inside of the house after they were done. Kevin was super helpful in guiding us through all of the options in color and finishes. We chose the matte look for the new floors and are very happy with the results. Kevin was very easy to communicate, was accessible throughout the project and has extensive knowledge of wood floors and products along with all the right tools. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to do their hardwoods and will certainly use him again on other properties.
