I highly recommend cranio-​sacral work with Dr. Englehart! I have had issues with anxiety in the past so I decided to try a session with Cathy after hearing good things from a couple of her regulars. I was totally blown away by how I felt after just one session. Cathy’s techniques are very gentle and I left feeling very relaxed and peaceful. I just felt BETTER than I normally do on a day to day basis with anxiety.
Cannot recommend her services highly enough!
