The first time I came in here, the worker was extremely arrogant. We ended up missing our flight because he was less than helpful. The second time I went in to mail a return, the worker was totally pleasant. Guess it’s it hit or miss at this location.
Some part of my feels like shipping from this location is the quickest, since it’s a stones toss from the Seatac airport. I’m not sure though if packages have to go through Seattle to be processed first or not. I do know that when I sent a package to the Philippines on standby, it got there in 5 days. Pretty cool!

If I could give negative 1000 stars, I would do it.
I have visited this location 2 times now and I will NEVER go back again if I can help it.
Each and every staff member I came in contact with was the rudest & most unpleasant person I can imagine. I can’t believe these people have jobs at all!!! They should all have horns coming out of their heads!
No matter how convenient this airport facility is for me — I will go OUT OF MY WAY to avoid it. Forever.
There is too much evil in there.
