Fiori Floral Design

I’ve received 4 – 5 arrangements from Fiori as gifts and they are always stunning with very unique elements. I’ve gotten a couple with beautiful, simple glass vases which I later use for candle holders and others have come in really gorgeous containers which I’ve kept and use over and over for flowers. The flowers always last a really long time too so the flowers are fresh and treated well. If you want to really impress someone, order flowers from this shop!

Simply gorgeous arrangements. I’ve called upon Fiori on several occasions, one of them being my wedding reception. The centerpieces were beautiful and exactly what I had in mind and discussed with them. I just love their signature style. This week I called them for a small sympathy arrangement for a friend who recently lost his father. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers he received and I am so pleased with what was delivered. The $ 60 arrangement was beautiful, tasteful, and appropriate. I’m very picky when it comes to flowers. Yes, I know it’s the thought that counts, but taking the time to choose a wonderful florist who does beautiful work is more thoughtful than calling 1−800-Flowers and getting a generic florist with a generic product.
5 stars all the way for Fiori.

Again, brilliant design both chromatically and olfactorily. The Valentine’s Day delivery came a little late in the evening, but none-​too-​late.
My happy girlfriend has commented several times on how pretty they are, how nice they smell and what the bouquet does for the room.

I visited many Seattle-​area florists for our wedding reception but once I met Miles at Fiori I looked no further! Miles understood exactly the look I was going for and the suggestions he offered were right on target. He was very friendly and worked with me to make arrangements that would fit my limited budget. I know NOTHING about flowers and Miles was very patient in explaining different flower seasons, types and price ranges, making me feel very comfortable with my order and the entire process. The result was the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces that I could have ever imagined! I am still getting comments from guests about the beautiful flower arrangements. Thank you, Fiori! P. S. Very poor customer service. Ok flowers.
My wife was traveling in Seattle for her birthday and I wanted to have flowers sent to her hotel room as a surprise.
The Westin Hotel recommended Fiori. I called and spoke to someone asking how much it would cost to have a dozen roses sent to my wife in a hotel next door. I was very specific about asking if that included delivery. I was told $ 35 + tax but that the person who could take my order was at lunch and would call me back in a few minutes to finalize the order.
During the call back to place the order the woman did ask if I wanted that in a vase. I said yes. She did not mention any change to the cost.
Then I got a CC charge for over $ 90.
When I called back the next day to ask them to fix the charge, I was told that she sent long stem roses (which she never mentioned on the phone), plus the vase and that there was a delivery charge. She did not tell me about ANY of these surcharges when I place the order (I do share some of the blame for not asking about the vase cost). She was willing to lie to me and say that she did tell me about the surcharges and the final price (or her memory is poor and she will error on blaming the customer when she cannot remember the details of something that happened 20 hrs ago).
There is no way I would have placed an order for that much money becasue I simply cannot afford that. Also my sister, lives near by, and had offered to pick up flowers and bring them by but since Fiori quoted me a reasonable price I decided not to bother my sister.
I am a small business owner and mistakes happen. Unlike this business owner, I would not pin my mistake on a customer.
She also took my email address when I placed the order, so that she could email a receipt and never did.
Unless money is no object I suggest going to a vendor that does not blame their customer for their mistakes.

Just received flowers from Fiore. They are amazing and the rocks and leaves in the base are a lovely touch. I also must say service was great too, they called to set up delivery and were on time and pleasant.

Fiori, you used to be our favorite. Weddings, funerals, special occasions… you always delivered the goods. I followed our pattern when my dad died, called you weeks in advance of the funeral and placed a $ 600 order for flowers. You charged my card immediately and yet the day of the funeral, you left us standing like shunned brides in the church. This was a funeral. A day of respect. And you didnt show us any.
Reading the other reviews recently, it looks like we’re not alone. You’re closed on the weekends but say you deliver. Calling your phone number, there’s not an escalation path or answering machine.
Very disappointed and angry, and hate that we have to find a new Florist.

I am so sad to hear about the great reviews because mine was a little different.
We had decided that we would have Fiori design our bridal bouquets (4 all together) so it was a smaller order for a weekend in August, but we were really excited.
It was awesome that the option to have them delivered for an minimal free ($ 25) was available since wedding day was getting pretty busy.
However, fast forward to the day of, 30 minutes until we were supposed to be walking down the aisle and no flowers. I called and left a message since it was about an hour after they were supposed to be there, but since it was Saturday evening I couldn’t get a hold of anyone.
No flowers showed. Luckily we had an out of town guest who is a florist and she was able to pull flowers from the table arrangements to make it work and no one was the wiser except me, the sad bride.
In the end it was still a great day, it didn’t ruin it, we still got married, but I would have liked to have see the beautiful bouquets we had talked about.
They did send us a complete refund and a gift certificate to a local restaurant to make it up. The owner was extremely apologetic about it and I felt badly for him since he was really embarrassed, but in the end I was still bummed.
I even tried to place an order with them a couple months later to send to a local hospital for some new parents but the person I spoke to was not able to make an arrangement for that day and I went elsewhere.
0 for 2. I will try again. Third time is a charm?

I have given and received flowers from Fiori for years and they create really beautiful, elegant & classy floral arrangements. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful — if you call not knowing exactly what you want, they’ll help you come up with something just right for whatever the occasion. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Seattle for flowers. Highly recommended — they know their stuff!

Fiori supplied the flowers for my wedding last year and they were EFFING SPECTACULAR!!! They were also super wonderful to work with. Highest recommendations if you need flowers that are unique and dazzling.
