I had never heard of this place, but some friends wanted to check it out so we went. This place is located in the SoDo district, behind Republiq. It’s kind of hidden toward the back, so I could see why there weren’t many people there. Not sure how much cover is, but we got in for free on a guest list. I assumed this place was a «lounge» considering the name, but upon entry I found that it was a «club» set up. There’s a huge open space to dance, the DJ station in the middle and one bar on the side. It honestly looked like a garage/storage space that someone decided to convert into a «club,» since it’s situation right next to(behind) Republiq. Décor also looked like stuff from Target, nice, but not a whole lot of effort put into it. The music that night was house, which was fine with me. Not sure if they play different music on different nights or not. However, there were only about 11 people in this place, including my 4 friends and I. It was dead for Seattle on a Saturday night at 11pm. We had one drink each and left. I’m sure this place will pick up the pace once people are aware that it’s there, but I probably won’t be going back. There are tons of better«lounges» to hit up elsewhere then driving out to SoDo.
