Literally the worst customer service I’ve EVER had! The man who was «helping» me pulled out his cell phone in mid conversation and started texting. I couldn’t even believe he did that and when I called him out his response was, «I’m sorry just once second». I will never go back to this frame store again.

Frame Central is awesome! They’ve been incredibly helpful over the years. I probably frame 1 – 3 things there a year.
I often get my frames elsewhere (IKEA) but have them cut the mats for me w/​their computerized machine. It’s a cost effective compromise to frame a wide variety of posters.
I did use them to frame a large Charles Peterson photograph that’s 3′ x 4′. Amazing work!
The staff is helpful and they have a turntable and play records in the store.

I’ve had such a good experience with these guys. The handful of people I’ve worked with have proven to be excellent craftsmen — experienced, meticulous and with great attention to detail. I believe most are also artists themselves which helps in their understanding of how to make a piece look its best. As an added bonus, they’re kind, thoughtful and seem genuinely interested in helping people. Thanks Danni and thanks Scott — you’ve been an enormous help.

Yay yay yay!!! Just picked up my custom frame job. And it’s perfect. These guys are friendly, professional and really good at what they do. Oh and soooo affordable.
They spent ages with me to help me choose a design. I walked in with no idea except I wanted the paintings framed. I am so impressed with all the time and quality of the work for the price.
My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the result. So glad we came here.

Not only is the staff at this business super friendly and helpful, they’re are creative and incredibly efficient. I’ve been going there for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. They always help find the best and most reasonable solutions to framing. Beyond that, they are incredibly generous to the community!

Went to get a 11X17 picture frame because one can rarely find such size in a supermarket. Multiple choices at this store. The guy who helped me was friendly, and gave us free tools for hanging on the wall.

The staff was so friendly, generous, and helpful. We came in with a picture we didn’t think would fit into a standard frame, but we were shown several options. Also, we needed a wire across the back to hang a picture, and they installed it for free. We will be returning.

For overall framing purposes of all sorts, this place ROCKS. The customer service cannot be beat — it’s friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and overall very helpful. They really know their stuff. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Whether buying a simple picture frame or framing a mirror or framing precious art, I would trust them 100%.

Frame Central in Wallingford is seriously the BEST frame store I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I no next to nothing about framing but I’m always able to walk in and kind of throw myself at their mercy – they’re completely helpful, patient and sooooo good at what they do. Every single picture I’ve had framed at their store has been perfect – I would never go anywhere else and neither should you!

Not great.
Quality of framing left something to be desired. On the plus side the clerk was helpful– was happy until I saw the result 2 weeks later.
You literally cannot look at the poster off angle due to all the warping. I’ve had dozens of posters framed before elsewhere. Maybe the poster was warped but it was brand new.
For what I paid expected better.

My father wanted to frame a print of mine I’ve had in storage for years for Christmas. We took it to Frame Central in Wallingford based on the Unilocal reviews and we were not disappointed. Autumn helped us by suggesting the perfect colors and a beautiful frame. They really make the print pop and I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve gone to a few frame shops now to get stuff done for work, and this is my favorite one so far. The quality, turnaround time and price are all so great! They even have a discount for local businesses.
The location is convenient; right on 45th in Wallingford and they have a small parking lot.
The employees here are extremely meticulous and patient in helping you find the right mat colors and frames for your custom framing projects.
I highly recommend this store to those looking to do custom framing or if you’re just looking for random framing accessories.

Great place with great staff. I framed several projects yesterday and found everyone to be exceptionally helpful and patient. I used to get my work done by Chloe who previously worked at U Frame It in Ballard and was so pleased to find her providing the same service and skill at Frame Central in Wallingford and this shop is very nice, organized, and clean. I was helped by Chloe, Autumn, and Scott at various points during my time there and truly can’t say enough positive things about all of them. I will absolutely be back.

The frames are great and its a good location. A bit on the pricier side but not the worst in Seattle price wise. I’ve probably spent close to 500 at this place on art work of mine and posters and prints on off during the last year. All three times Autumn helped me. The last two times, she was really rude and brisk and would not help me with an issue I had with putting a screw in the frame. She refused to help me and Every time I asked a question she acted as if she was being inconvienenced. The first time I went there it was fine, because there was another sales associate there that helped me with framing issue and she rung me up. The other two times when I had Autumn help me was a nightmare and unpleasant experience. Overall she was just rude and acted like she hated being there and doing her job. I felt it was unprofessional and un necessary behavior. I wont be going back again.

This is why Frame Central is awesome: they are located on the corner of 45th Street and Latona Ave, right off of I-​5, on an exit in which someone can drive off the interstate and go west on 45th for just a few blocks, turn around, then get back on I-​5 with similar ease.
If you need to rendezvous with your pimp, limo driver, ride share, (or family in my case) — the Frame Central parking lot is the best! No traffic snarls or complicated directions to muck up the plans… just meet them at the Frame Central parking lot for maximum convenience, minimum complications.
