Thought I’d take a risk on these guys using my $ 10 voucher from LivingSocial and regret my decision.(1) Food was sub-par. Carnitas tacos were crispy, but not in a good way. Almost like they were flash-fried in week old grease. Rice was dry. Guacamole tasted like the pre-made stuff you get in the sour cream aisle at the grocery store.(2) My order consisted of a taco plate and a cookie. When I returned to my office with my order, I realized they’d forgotten to include my cookie. Lame. If I had actually paid full price for this disappointing experience, I would certainly have rated this a 1-star, but, all in, I’m only out about $ 3. Heck, the pinto beans were decent.

People behind the counter were not friendly, welcoming or helpful. I ordered the Greek chopped salad; the chicken tasted like canned chicken and the salad was wet and greasy. At the time I ordered, I had asked that they go easy on the dressing, but they smothered it in dressing anyway and the salad was very wet and greasy even after dabbing it with several napkins. Yuck!

Ok… so the pancakes are 3 star pancakes. Fresh, quick, fluffy, and yummy. The rest of the breakfast… not so much. I ordered the 3 egg breakfast today with bacon and the meal was just 2 stars. I thought since they cooked the pancakes to order that the rest of their menu would also be the same… not so much. The entire breakfast was scooped from a warming bin and when I tried the food it was sub par and cold. The potatoes were not cooked all the way through and the eggs were rubbery. The service was prompt and the place was clean but the food just wasn’t that great. All in all I will come back for the pancakes but nothing else.

pretty good Mexican Scramble for under $ 5! The people behind the counter seemed indifferent that I was there, but they cooked up a good meal, which is REALLY what I care about.

horrible service from the Hispanic girl at the counter she seems too busy on her phone to help customers. Food is WAYWAY over priced and small portions

This place shares space with the Blue Water Taco next to it(see the sign, — Fresh Table /Blue Water -). Of course, while most of the noise is coming from the taco side, this side still has its share of customers. This used to be a «different» place several months ago(forgot what, though). They’re like a taste of world fusion. Like, you can see an American-ish salad to yakisoba to thai curry(which I had; nothing special but tasty). As it implies, everything is probably fresh. Perhaps the main star slash is because when you’re next to someplace(esp. same space) that has a better atmosphere, louder, more visible, it’s less cool here than it is just a hop-scotch over there.
