The chef didn’t seem to know his own menu. The corned beef sandwich had a few paltry chunks of the most dry gristly corned beef I’ve ever encountered. Had to spit every piece out. Never again for any price, let alone $ 9.

Thought I would give this place a try for lunch and had the«prime beef» sandwich with au jus. Service was confusing and I had to ask someone to check me out. The bread was toasted and pretty good and that’s all I have nice to say about my $ 9 sandwich. The«prime» beef was a joke but fortunately there was only about 3oz of it so I didn’t have to chew on the overcooked flavorless beef too much. Au jus was fine. Not going back.

This review is for Simon’s Naturally 9254th Ave Ste 490 Seattle, WA98104 This place used to be really good 6 months ago before the new management take over. They used to have some one work there by the name of Sinatra he made the best sandwiches and food but now they hired all these new people and they have no idea how to make a sandwich. The Caesar salad used to be one of the best I ever had but after Sinatra left this location is not the same anymore. They put so much sauce on the Caesar that is just not eatable. The quality has came down tremendously. I advise you to not order any food from this place. Very sad.

I have been coming here with my coworkers for a few years and we all agreed that the food here is pretty darn good. A few months ago I would have given them 5 stars. Well I went there today with my coworkers and was very disappointed in the food. In fact all my coworkers were disappointed. I have always ordered the half deluxe turkey and half field greens salad. Absolutely loved it before but not today. The greens were a bit wilted and the dressing was not the same as before. The sandwich was ok but the flavor I remember was not there. In fact we all commented that the quality of the ingredients was poor. I think it must be under new management because I did not recognize anyone working behind the counter. We were there at 11:30 and there’s always been 4 – 8 people there eating and a line out the door but not today. There was no one eating in the restaurant the entire time we were there. A few people came in to order but definitely no where near the lines there before. Unfortunately my coworkers and I have decided that we will not be going back there which is a huge disappointment because this was a great place to eat.

I used to like them, but I feel like there was a change in management. All the sudden, people who used to work here were gone and now there are all new people… Today I order Pork tenderloin and this lady was weighting my tenderloin on the scale… errrrrr, what kind of restaurant do that in front of customer?! That was so lame. Also the picture they presented, there was 3 slices of tenderloin, but they only gave me one because it was too heavy?! It was tiny piece too… they charge it a lot for nothing!!!

I, and four of my coworkers have received food poisoning from here at least once. One of my coworkers was served nearly raw chicken in a wrap – not just under-cooked, actually still bloody. None of us eat here any more, despite its extremely convenient location in the lobby of our building. This place is disgusting. See King County Restaurant Inspections at

Tiny sandwich about $ 9 Paper bowl of self-service overcooked noodle soup $ 6 Soda from a fountain in paper cup $ 4.92 I say, «Are you serious?» Cashier responds in an indignant way, «Yes,» with a smirk. I left the soda behind. RIDICULOUS! NEVERAGAIN

Their food’s not bad, the coffee is solid, but they mess up orders left and right. Twice in two weeks for me, and seeing others have theirs messed up. If you are a business person travelling, they don’t print receipts any more. Trying to save the world one receipt at a time while throwing away wrong food orders. Looks like tripping over dollars trying to pick up pennies.

Simon’s Naturally did it again! This time Jess lead the charge and provided a customer experience that went far beyond any normal since of business. Jess could not have been more accommodating and polite. Mr Simon, whoever you are, please share with the world your hiring practices and policies because if everyone treated others the way your staff does I think Mr. Lennon(John) would be able to rest in peace. Another great experience at Simon’s!

I come here all of the time, mainly because it is in the building. CON: The food is average, but very pricey. They often run out of menu items before lunchtime is over. I consider lunchtime to be between 11:30 and 1. The vegetables are undercooked about half of the time. When they are cooked properly they are very good. The turkey is overcooked about half the time. They put broth on it to disguise that fact? The coffee is not that great. After having my drink continually re-made I just finally gave up ordering coffee from them. PRO: It’s the people. They are so nice there. They do have some very tasty menu items but constantly sell out so if you don’t get there early you may as well forget it.

I just went there for my first time and got the Roasted Turkey Breast Sandwich and it was literally just a piece of turkey breast on bread with chicken broth. The turkey did taste good, but I was a little disappointed that a $ 8.50 sandwich only included bread and turkey… I was looking forward to trying this place, but am not sure I will be going back.

The super friendly folks here offer an array of sandwiches, soups, and salads, more interesting and more wholesome tasting than most other places downtown. I highly recommend the portabello dip sandwich and the soups!

This review is for the Simon’s Naturally that is in the T-Mobile campus. I was pleased to see a café with fresh food was coming into the campus. When they opened I wasn’t disappointed. But, they’ve been open for a few months now and the quality has steadily declined — I guess it’s nice to be the only game in town(or campus anyway). There is a good selection of ready made salads and sandwiches, and a daily«hot» food item that rotates. I used to like the Chicken enchiladas, but lately they have been overcooked and the sauce separated — not pretty or tasty. The breakfast sandwiches are consistently good, but not consistent in ingredients somehow. What I mean is that the Ham bfast sandwich says it comes on a whole wheat english muffin, but hasn’t for the last few weeks… weird. The meatloaf is usually pretty good, but it comes in a gravy, no thank you. I seem to have issues with the fruit cup, I guess I should learn my lesson and stop getting it, but convenience is a strong motivator. I’ve found everything from moldy strawberries to hair in the over-priced fruit cup — and they are fond of putting grapes with seeds in the fruit cup, a not very pleasant surprise — is this a cost savings measure? ugh — I hate grapes with seeds, how is anyone supposed to get those out of your mouth discreetly in an office atmosphere? The folks that work there are very friendly, and very helpful. All their food gets delivered in from an off site kitchen, so maybe that explains the issues with the food. The folks working there probably have little control over the quality control.

Walked in during lunch time and spotted the exact thing I had been craving for days… mushroom soup. I ordered a cup and the nice gentleman behind the counter said that it was his fav choice as well. got back to my desk and sat down for lunch. I opened the lid and to my dismay it wasn’t a cream of mushroom soup… more of a mushroom bisque. Albeit skeptical I took a sip and was in mushroom heaven. The soup had an intensely mush-roomy broth with a little bit of bitterness that could have been attributed to sherry or something along those lines. There were a variety of different mushrooms — 1 type unfortunately having a rubbery hard texture. All in all I was pleased with my lunch and am even contemplating coming back tomorrow for another cup. YUM for the mushroom soup!

I’ve come here a couple times now and every time has been a great experience. The Service: The employees always have a smile on thier face and are not afraid to strike up some conversations. The Food: The food is always delicious! The best part is that they are fast about it. They have set up something like a lunch line that is both quick and efficient. My favorite so far from this place is the Portabello Sandwich dip with the Beef Ahju. YUMMY!!! This is a vegitarian sandwich with a not so vegitarian dip~ The Coffee: The coffee is yummy too. They make it not to sweet and foam the milk perfectly. Everything at this place is perfect if you are looking something quck and yummy for work.

It’s nice to have an alternative to the standard hoagy/sub/deli sandwich paradigm that most downtown lunch places fall into. Here your sandwich is filled with carvings off a freshly roasted hunk of meat. Deluxe prime beef sandwich was good, but I don’t know if the deluxe add-ons(arugula, onions) added much; the bread, meat and au jus were the stars. The guys behind the counter also seemed very friendly and down to earth, which is nice.

They were out of their special the other day, so I opted for the Deluxe Prime Beef with some au jus… very tasty, and also grabbed a cold item of Spinach Pesto Pasta… it wasn’t until I was eating at my desk that I realized the pasta didn’t have the walnuts that were listed. I called them up, say they are happy to pay for another one or, after my suggestion, other stuff of equal value. No problems with it and I just picked some mixed nut bag.

The sandwich meat doesn’t come from an Oscar Mayer package! They slice the meat themselves. The guys behind the counter are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The guy at the register also has a fun attitude. I needed a break from Specialty’s so I decided to come here. I came after 1pm. I walked up the hot counter. I saw the lasagna and it looked crusty hard so I decided to get the half sandwich/salad combo. I had the sliced prime beef with au jus with Caesar salad. I sat down near the window looking towards the Seattle Public Library. The background music was hipster-ish…like the type of music you play at some modern art gallery show. Lots of people with their suits and ties. I walked in with my awesome Old Navy jeans.
