Shut this goddamn place down. An 18-year old club is a horrible idea in the first place. I used to live across the street and the waves of house music bass would reach through the walls of my apartment and grip my internal organs and shake me awake at 4 am, aided by the shrieks of frisky high school seniors getting busy/shooting guns/spray painting in my front yard.

Atmosphere was fun and I had a totally blast. Met a lot of the workers who were very fun and outgoing. Also met the owner who was very nice. The security guards on the other hand were very rude and unprofessional. Its a no reentry club but they kept letting this one girl and her friend in and out. The guy inside wouldnt let you stand on the egde cause it was«too close» to the area where you go in to get drinks, which was rediculous. Just saying that security could have been more fun and outgoing like the workers instead of rude and nasty.

This might be the worst club i have ever been to, EVER. Most of the girls outweighed me, and I am a heavy weightlifter. The dancing was lame and very few of the girls wanted to dance, except the ones that were much larger than me, and again I power-lift…(Sorry fitness is important to me, people should take care of themselves!) It was expensive too $ 20 cover i think $ 4 for bottled water!

OMG this was by the far the worst club I have ever been to in my LIFE. I think my high school dance was better than this hahaha. First off I’m 29, so I should have known better, but my DD was 20. I was looking for a club 18+ because of course he is 20, but it was a horrible decision. First off my and my other friend who is 23 was pre gaming at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I had a decent buzz. I get inside this club, and my buzz is GONE. First off it was like $ 10 to get in, which wasn’t bad, but the drinks was water down. Me, and my homeboy brought a drink, and we actually had to stay at the bar. I never been to a club whereas you were restricted to drink in a certain area. I proceeded to the dance floor, and it was RATCHET at its finest. I think Juicy J would have had been ashamed to be apart of this CLUB. I willn’t ever go back to this club again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. I told my DD I should have left his behind at home, because I was sober the rest of the night.

If I was stranded in U-district & had the choice to either pick to either go to a frat party or hit up Fusion, I would say neither & bus myself home if I have to. If it was a life or death choice of having to be at a frat party or Fusion, as much as I hate hate HATE frat parties, I might have to still pick that over clubbing here. First off, it’s 18+ every night & at some point I remember hearing that there were sometimes 16+ nights, maybe I’m just the wrong demographic because I’m too old. I came here with a friend & we had no expectations, just wanted a girls night out. We were already kind of iffy when we got here because there was hardly anybody in line, we still paid to get in because we had nothing better to do & left within 15 minutes coming up with a conclusion that it was better to just wasted that money to go home than stay there. It was just awkward, 90% were dudes so when you are one of the only females walking, you get attacked & they get upset that you don’t want to give them a lap dance. This is a dance club, not whore house. At least pretend to have a conversation first. I’m being generous & giving this place 2 stars because it is pretty alright looking on the inside, but the people it attracts… no additional comment.

i would agree with others saying its small and weirdly segmented. ladies this might be the club for you if you a hoe. there were alot of guys just googling girls. i had a lot of fun dancing with my bf and and gettin the most attention in the room so i was googled at too haha. i recall breakin my bf off on the floor and i remember at one point of a time i looked in front of me to see a girl on the pole with a short ass shirt… hm lettme think… yea her thong was showing… but as she did that there was a guy peaking 2 ft away underneath. so beware of creeps. the music was alright. i was content because i could dance to most of the songs. there was a few hype songs that are hard to dance to. but overall it was alright. i went on a friday although i heard its crackin on saturdays.

This place was way too small and there are a bunch of pervs trying to dance you. Blehhh perverts. If you go with the right people it’s fun not because of the club, but because of your friends. For goodness sake they played LMFAO and everyone stopped dancing. The people there don’t know how to have fun.

This small room was a mess, we got there and no one was dancing so we figured let’s get this started so we were dancing in our 6 person group alone for like 20mins… until these skanky girls started basically humping the pole in the middle and kissing random guys. Then guys were grabbing at girls like crazy. ALSO!!! This guy started drama telling someone he was going to have his HOMIESSHOOTTHECLUBUP??? I was like oh no, we are leaving. The bouncer knocked him out but this club is GHE-TTO!!! …I expected WAY more from a club in seattle.

yes this place is tiny as hell and it can be too overcrowded but its pretty much only underage club and i always had fun here when i was underaged and couldn’t go to real nice clubs in capital hill or belltown or even trinity but watch out on underage weirdos which isnt surprising cuz you still have to deal with weirdos and horny creepy guys at 21 and over clubs anywhere you go. lol

It was just an awful experience all around. Being charged a cover to hang out in a place that’s 85.7% dudes? No thanks! If that’s what I was looking for, I’d head to Cap Hill thank you very much. The«DJ» if you could call him that, was one of the worst I’ve heard, and after listening to just a few minutes of his«mixing» I now know why he is here and not someplace in Belltown or Pioneer Square. I was dragged here by a friend who was looking to try a new place in Seattle, but after my experience here, I’m going to stay home from now on.

Thinking about Fusion Ultra Lounge just makes me laugh. Drinks are typical, and overpriced. The dance floor is awkwardly segmented and crowded. 90% of the people there were guys, which would be fine if I wasn’t at a club. The music was awful and didn’t encourage dancing. I think the DJ was being a little too stubborn with his playlist and didn’t play to the crowd at all. The bouncers are pretentious, as is the cover. I think this club probably plays well to those women out there that are looking for a place to have a girls night out. At the very least, you’ll get a bunch of attention from a bunch of desperate dudes. Ultra lounge? Ultra lame. GET: Out of there.

Fusion is the worst place I have been to yet. Their website lied three different times. 1-Ladies 21+ get in free. Not true, they charged four of us cover when the three girls in front of us got in free. 2-Half off tab on Wednesdays. This is the reason why we came because students need half off nights. They charged full price and said, «We did that a year ago.» 3-Top 40 playing to dance. We were just about to dance and a live slow jams band came on. Everyone split. Bouncer outside was pleasant, but this was the worst place in Seattle. It probably won’t be in business much longer if they keep treating their patrons like this.

I had such hopes for you, Fusion. I live a block away, and I hear promising beats pouring out of your tackily painted up façade often. We could’ve had something special. But alas, it wasn’t meant to be. Where shall I start? Thursday night + 11PM = $ 20 cover for 18 – 20 year olds, $ 10 for 21+. We get marks on our wrist at the entrance ID check, and then another mark on the other wrist inside when we pay our cover. Side note: Even the frat parties I’ve been to gave me wristbands. I don’t appreciate your ugly X’s and O’s all over my wrists, Fusion. If you MUST resort to cheap sharpies, at least put in the effort and draw a little heart or smiley face or SOMETHING. The inside isn’t bad. Good dance space, nice VIP area with booths. The bar area is closed off and guarded by another bouncer. Bad news for my boyfriend, who had to drink alone.): He was also patted down on the way OUT of the bar area, wtf? The music is acceptable and you can dance to it. Not much to say on that front. Overall an immensely disappointing experience. Like a fellow reviewer said, it’s a ridiculous place that’s trying to be something it’s not. Maybe I’m being unfair– maybe Thursday nights just aren’t your thing, Fusion. But the fact of the matter is that there are plenty of other places in Seattle I can waste a $ 20 cover on, places that don’t insist on feeling up my boyfriend twice in the span of an hour, places with better atmosphere and music, places that won’t leave me regretting the marks on my wrists. PS– does anyone know how to remove marker from skin? ffs.

Dude at the door: «next time, dont wear a black sweater.» Me: WTF? you berious? Dude at the door: Where you from? Me: WTF does it matter? Dude at the door: Lift up your pants, dont start no trouble, this is a nice place, people are here to have fun Was i just racially profiled??? We finally get in n theres a $ 10 cover on a thursday night. walk in n get harassed for glow in the dark marker ink on our wrists. come to find out its an 18 and up night. had to drink in the tiny fenced off beer garden. Bartender chick was pretty and bool, bouncer on the inside was bool, some of the girls were bool, just old boy at the door was something fresh

Very night-clubby on the eve. I went for Seattle. Guys at the door patting the gentleman down, eying the ladies, making it seem like some big deal to get in the door. The night I went featured a Cuban band from the Bay Area, of all places, and the cover was $ 15. I was rollin’ with some Cubans(don’t ask) so I got some VIP love. The bartenders were busting ass harder then I’ve seen in a long time. I was really impressed by the hardworking female bartender at the back bar. Wow! Crazy pouring those drinks! In between live music sets(Salsa, people) a DJ played bachata, merenge, reggeton, more salsa, etc– all Latin music, all night. Heck Yeah, Seattle! I felt foolish for all the generalizations I’ve made about«Seattle being so white» on this Saturday, as I met people of all colors, from all over the world, at Fusion! Not the best acoustics for live music. Some of the nuances were lost.

Went here on a random Saturday night. Actually had an awesome time! The staff are young, fun and dance while they work. The music is AMAZING – if it doesn’t make you want to dance(or at least pop a knee with the beat) you must be missing a chip. Plus, it’s packed with tons of good-looking people with the majority being a dance floor. Tip: try to get into the big booth section behind the front door; lots of fun can be had. :) –1 star for grotesque bathrooms; a bathroom stall should not have a revolving door, and toilet paper shouldn’t be peeking around every little corner. Plus they need more mirrors. –1 star because some of these beautiful people, unfortunately, are not so nice. Is it so hard to say«excuse me» every once in a while?

If Fusion were a bottle of champagne, it’d be a magnum of Cooks. And there is not a dang thing wrong with that! We did New Years at Fusion, and a magnum of Cooks is, in fact, what we were served in our VIP booth. Our drive by to check it out a few days in advance had us worried. From the outside, it looks like a cheesy campus sports bar(they should really forgo decorating the windows with painted Husky and sports stuff). But New Years was awesome! Inside there are two bars, lots of good seating(including 3 very large 8-person booths in the back, complete with flat screens) and lots of space to dance. It has that typical yet winning set up with the back part of the club four steps higher than the dance floor and bar, perfect for people watching and spotting friends taking shots at the bar. The place was draped in fabric(probably just for the evening) — on the ceiling and screening the booths — and lit almost entirely by candlelight. We got one of the big VIP booths for our group of 8 and loved having our own area to hang out. The staff kept coming around with hats, champagne, beads, noisemakers, and all kinds of fun stuff all night. The DJ played an awesome mix, the drinks were great and the bartenders and waitresses fast. Our tab wasn’t even exorbitant! I found Fusion to be very conducive to partying which is what a club should be.

Made to almost be a cross between a nightclub/lounge/restaurant — its tucked away on the corner next to Dinners Ready! and across from the apple store + Petco. Its pretty new and offers some pretty yummy looking menu items. Although they have a bar, it is not 21 and over only. The kitchen hasn’t been opened yet, so don’t go yet for the food. In a couple days(Monday ???) the kitchen will be open, and I’ll be sure(I promise) to review the food. As far as the ambiance goes, its pretty cute — but, because it was originally a bar, it looks a little more … worn down(hence, I’m sure — the dimmed lighting). They did good with the booths though, red benches and lighty and flowy fabric draped from the ceiling to the side of the booths. Other than that though — that’s all I have to say for now Oo;
