Great shop, Andrew helped my friend and I get our first complete kits and he was so extremely nice, helpful and knowledgable. He was happy to answer an annoying amount of questions, I got exactly what I wanted. All around great experience and wonderful atmosphere.

I have been going to Future Vape, for a year now and their juice flavors are second to none! Zach and Andrew are extremely knowledgeable of the products and are very personable. The atmosphere is great as well with a back in the day record shop feel to it. Stay as long as you want with free Wi-​Fi. Highly recommended

Best Vape shop I have found in two years. Staff is warm and inviting, nice place to vape, and decent selection of juice. They treat you nice, Zach and Andrew are the best in the business, IMHO. The only reason I gave this place a 4 stars instead of a five is that their hardware is a bit pricey. I buy there anyway, since I figure that we as vapers have to support local vendors and our local community. I buy all my juice there, and most of my hardware. I recommend this place highly!

Hands down the best vape shop I’ve been in in the Greater Seattle area. Custom juices, staff is knowledgeable and have no problem hooking you up with deals and accessories. This ain’t no smoke shop hopping on the vape bandwagon. This store is devoted to the craft. Nice vape lounge to hang in. If you’re gonna make the switch or just need a quality shop, this is the place.

Although I had a good in-​store experience, I was disappointed to learn once I had gotten to a computer that I had been absolutely taken advantage of with the price I paid for my rig. I understand that they are a business that needs to make a profit, but at the same time I would hope that they would be reasonable and not sell a customer something at a price that is in some cases double what the actual rig is worth. If that is the norm I don’t see myself continuing to give my business to future vapor. This may not be the norm but I definitely was disappointed in my experience.

Future vapor introduced me to vaping the right way after messing with this other hella square shop that tried to sell a first timer the most hardcore rig in the store. They hooked me up with a rig that was perfect for my needs, nothing fancy, dependable, and discreet. The first rig they picked out for me, I bought and have been thoroughly satisfied. Anytime I have questions or problems which is bound to happen in this young and developing industry, they help me out big time. Just ask for Nolan, that’s the homie.

Amazing customer service, knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere and a really solid selection. I’m new to the vaping world and I’m happy to say I’ve found the shop for me. Will be a returning customer again and again.

Future Vapor does it right. They carry a wide variety of models covering lots of different price points. Demo equipment and flavor samples are available which helps avoid the blind buying experience. I think the knowledgeable and willing staff is really what makes this place great, though.
I wanted to get back into vaping as a smoking alternative after a bad intro experience, and Andrew spent a great deal of time answering all my questions and setting me up with exactly what I needed. The vibe from the staff fosters a friendly community in the shop. Even the other customers chipped in and answered some questions from their own experiences. Just a great feel.

I have to say I have been vaping for about 5 years, and have been to many stores to get help with trying flavors and picking the right devices to use. Future Vapor is the best I have experienced thus far.
They have been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable every time I have gone in. Obviously the staff knows their way around the product, which is a big plus. They are very genuine, and I feel confident in giving them my business.

Very rarely do I right a review as I think Unilocal is generally a place for people to bitch about service. However I came into future vapor today not knowing a single thing about vaping and the gentleman (I am so sorry I don’t remember your name) was phenomenal. Walked me through everything and even had me sample flavors until I found the right one. As a person who has been in customer service for almost 10 years, it’s obvious the staff really do care about what they do and it shows.

Great store! Helpful and nice. They had what I needed and I was happy. I’ll be coming back, that’s for sure !

Simply the best vaporizer shop in Seattle. The selection is fantastic, the prices are lower than online shops, and most importantly, the service is top notch.
I went in to get a new full main vaporizer set up, and Zack, the owner, took nearly 45 min with me explaining the best options in my price range, and whipping up a package that exactly fit my needs. He even threw in a few extra burners with my purchase.
Don’t waste your time at smoke shops, or other vape shops, This should be your only stop when you need to update your device, grab a new flavor, or just chill in a comfortable, vape-​friendly spot. This is the only place I’ll shop for sure.

Visited FV on my trip out to seattle just on a whim. I was in the neighborhood so I Unilocaled it and I am glad I did. Came around opening time when Zach was just setting up and he put everything down to help me pick out some e-​juices since I was running low. The inside décor in very inviting and gives an upscale feeling to being a vaper.
Zach recommended the Arnold Palmer by Serious Vapor company and it’s something that I just can’t find over here on the east coast.
I like a shop that is inviting and an owner willing to spend quality time not trying to push product on you but shoot the breeze and HELP you find what your looking for.
Def. worth visiting and buying from imho.
Would def. stop by my next time out there.

Future Vapor would already get my vote without the following story. They spent as much time as I needed educating me the first time I bought a vape, they’re friendly and informative and genuinely interested in helping people kick the pack.
About a month in the voltage adjustment on my KangerTech battery started sticking. I went in hoping to get information about the warranty, and was immediately offered a straight out trade. So I’m already stoked.
But I love the red, and they didn’t have it in stock. I’m not generally that picky, but if it’s something I’m going to carry with me every day and put in my mouth, I like what I like. Only trouble was, they didn’t have the color in stock.
To my surprise, the owner Zach offered me a «loaner» until they got the red color in again. I didn’t ask for it, it was offered without question. That kind of customer service is so unheard of in the age of ordering online. I was floored.
Do yourself a favor. Spend the extra few dollars and don’t buy your vape online. At Future Vapor you’re not just buying the gear, you’re buying into a staff that does what they need to do when an issue arises. I won’t buy from anywhere else. Ever.

Stopped in to get a new battery and some juice. This is my first visit on the recommendation of a friend.
I met the owner Zach who is super friendly and helpful. I love how you can sample juices before you buy. I bought some Cowboy Tobacco juice which is made in Ballard. Zach told me about its «provenance» and showed that he knows what he’s talking about. I decided to buy local rather than get some stuff from China.
The shop is dark and inviting like a bar. They have good wifi and comfortable couches to relax on. This is a comfortable place to chill, vape and escape from the pressures of life.
