Hannah did my nails yesterday and she did an AMAZING job! She was very sweet, and was very meticulous with her application. I appreciated her patience as I took forever to decide on a color, too. I wish Hannah could do my nails every time! They’ve never looked better. I will definitely be back. :o)

The staff is extremely friendly and nice. In terms of décor, it’s pretty typical of an inexpensive nail salon; however, there were a lot of unexpected touches — massage, extra flowers for my daughter, etc. We will be back!

My last experience at Golden Nails pushed me over the edge and I am not going back. I went in for a mani/pedi; standard pedi and shellac French manicure. I had just received the same service from another nail salon in Wallingford and walked out of there blissfully content for $ 55 plus tip.(They even threw in extras such as bottled water, paraffin wax, head/shoulder/neck massage, hot stones and salt scrub). I walked out of my last experience Golden Nails«Spa» feeling fleeced! I got up to pay and the charge was $ 87 before tip. My manicure was uneven, the paraffin wax was so hot it burned me, the massage was lame and to top it off, even after waiting over an hour and sitting under the foot dryer, my pedicure still got badly smudged on nearly every toe. Unhappy with my service, I went back to have them fix the polish job. So history wouldn’t repeat itself, I requested shellac polish on my toes so that I wouldn’t have to wait around for over an hour and still have my nail smudged. I explained that I would pay the difference for the shellac polish. Then I get up to the counter and she charges me $ 20 for shellac polish. Keep in mind, that’s half the cost of what they charge for a shellac pedicure. I’m sorry, but for over $ 100 for a mani/pedi I would expect a lot better service. It goes to show that just having the word Spa in your name doesn’t make it a spa. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still just a pig, and this is just an overpriced mediocre nail salon with the word«Spa» in it’s name only.

They’re all very sweet women working here. I just wasn’t very pleased with my full set. My nails were crooked and at the end there were large amounts of acrylic stuck to my fingers. I wouldn’t suggest going to Golden Nails for a full set but I will say they do a BEAUTIFUL job with Shellac.

Was intending on hitting up another joint just around the corner, when it was closed I decided to just drive until I found another. Golden Nails was inviting being brightly lit and having a free(2hr) street parking spot right in front. I got a gel manicure(removal too) and regular pedicure. My total was $ 40! Before tip of course. The pedicure was really nice. TWO different scrub things happened in addition! to the heel scrubbing. I would definitely call it a «spa» pedicure. I always see reviews in nail salons for parties. I thought Golden’s setup would be especially nice. They have eleven chairs in two rows that face each other. Great for conversation.

The business is called golden nails spa. I have gone there three times and have noticed that on two busy days, they did not have hot water for the pedicure. It is not fun to put your feet in cold water. Be sure to ask about hot water before waiting for the pedicure…

Woo hooo! The best nail salon I’ve found in Seattle is a hop skip and a jump from home which means I am more likely to just casually do it. They are great. conscientious, clean and thorough. I’d been having trouble with the nail on my big toe for years, went to podiatrist who removed a sliver only to tell me they found no fungus… had to wait like 9 months for it to finally grow back and it grew back painful, but Golden nails fixed it, it was ingrowing, and she got in there, dug it out, hurt like a bi-atch but lordy when she was done, voila, no more pain. More over she told me how to care for it so it wouldn’t ingrow again. hallelujah. Seriously, when the nail salon can do what a podiatrist can’t either the nail salon is extraordinary or the podiatrist sucked(which may also be true). Nonetheless, I am in love with this place, the massages they give with the mani pedis — did I mention this? are rad rad rad. I will be giving my business for years to come!

Super happy I found this place. It’s called golden nails or something like that now with new management but same location and phone number. They did a great job on my nails. Got a french pedicure and a manicure. The massage chair was great, clean and had good settings. They had a lot of colors to select from too. The best part was the exfoliating scrub. She went to my knee with it and same for the massage. Both on my legs, feet, arms and hand :) good massage and a long one too!!! They let me dry m nails in the masses chair and it was a relaxing trip and I left with my nails looking good. They helped me put on my flip-flops and there was plenty of street parking. I’ll definitely be back.
