Golem Copies & Copier Repair

Brenda and Bob are rock-​stars when it comes to small run printing, collating and binding. We have worked with them for 3 years on an annual folding card project and each time we get the cards on-​time and as specc’ed.

I feel awful that it’s taken me this long to write this (I tend to do all my Unilocaling one day a year). Golem is amazing! I always contacted Golem for all of my band’s printing needs and they always pulled through. I mainly dealt with Brenda. Unlike an experience I had with another big name copy shop, Brenda never made me feel like less of a customer because I wasn’t a big client. No job was too big or too small. Brenda would also email or call me about my orders if she knew of a way to help me save money on them (if they were clearing out a certain color of paper for cheap, we’d just use that paper). Since there is no more band at the moment, it’s been awhile since I’ve been in, but I will go back in a heartbeat if any future printing needs arise. Thanks so much, Golem, for treating me so well!!! :)

I am a business owner myself. I value personal service as well as efficiency. .I get email communication when the work is ready. I feel that Golem is my partner in growth. They are very professional and are experts at what they do. Whenever I come in, I know that I will always be greeted with a warm Brenda smile. There is no Nickle and Diming here. They are gracious and generous.

Golem is great for big and small printing needs. I support small local business’s like this! Brenda is great and even hand delivered some orders I placed!

This is truly one of the worst experiences I have had with a copy center. I was told of a special they were running for the month of March. I submitted my proof and was told by the owner Brenda that my proof looked like WordArt and she wanted to «play with it» since this was her «specialty». When I didn’t hear from her for over a week, I began to leave messages and still did not hear from her. My husband contacted her and she immediately turned! She was offended that I would say she did not give me «attention». Basic customer service is what they lack. When she finally got back to me, she indicated that my proof (the Word Art) was just fine and they were sending it to print and it would be another week before they would be done. The project was not completed on time and there was an additional $ 40 charge for «Graphic Services», she did not provide those services and when she sent me the proof, I told her that this was the same thing I had sent her earlier. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Bad Service in this economic climate, frankly, I am surprised.
