I gave Grill Xpress 5 stars in 2012, and it is still that good. I visit Seattle about 4 times a year and always go here at least once. Small(4 tables with a fairly steady to-go stream), family run by nice people, very casual. My new favorite is the«Spicy Tawook Chicken» — which is nicely flavored but not hot-spicy to me. Also Rabih Salad(chopped parsley, lettuce, feta) — unusual, sharp flavors — with Foul Medana(fava beans) — total comfort food. This is a nice combination for a light meal.

Places with good gyros are far too uncommon in this city. Food was fresh, full of flavor and the oil the fries were cooked in was fresh clean and hot.

The Greek fries are pretty good if you like garlic. Which I do! And the original gyro is ok… it was in a tortilla rather than pita… eh

This is my favorite Mediterranean place in Washington. Try their rose lemonade. So good

It’s meh food. Kind of like the McDonalds of Greek food. I had the falafel plate with tzatiziki and pita bread. The salad was a little wilted, the falafels were spongey, the vegetables didn’t have a lot of flavor, tzatziki tasted more like ranch than anything, and the pita was super thin. Is it the worse thing you could eat? No. But is it the best Greek food? No.

Ordered and paid directly through Unilocal. When we arrived, our order was ready(1 star). I got the gyros plate, my husband had the beef shawarma plate, and we ordered a large side of hummus. Salty. All i can say was that the ONLY flavor in all of the food is SALT. We couldn’t finish it. Tasted like drinking ocean water.

I got the gyros special. the gyros itself was underwhelming, three pieces of soggy meat in an oversized and unheated pita? the fries, despite being covered in salt, had no flavor whatsoever. I ordered the feta upgrade thinking I was getting greek fries, but instead of was just a few crumbles on the gyros for a dollar. but hey, my diet dr. pepper wasn’t disappointing! it was a captain america collectors can.

This place is always so good – I don’t know what the do to the rice or the salad, but it has such an amazing lemon«bounce» to it – that combined with everything else, is so great. This was my first stop coming into town from Oregon :)

So delicious! I ordered the chicken shwarma plate, classic gyro with fries, baklava and the dolmas. they were all so good! Talking with Lena was great as well! I felt no guilt eating the items be they were so fresh and light. Will return to try other items.

I got the falafel bowl… There falafel is perfect! Soft and not overdone but doesn’t fall apart, with a delectable, delicious crispness on the outside. I got the bowl without hummus but the order came with a little packet of pita bread anyway, which is pretty cool of them, but if you want to have something to dip it in, go ahead and order the falafel bowl that comes with hummus.

Hard working owners! Good hole in the wall with fair prices. Menu was reasonable and a good assortment of lebanese and adopted Greek. Would return. Better to keep the menu simple here rather than chase big dishes.

Hole in the wall. Absolutely delicious! I live about a block away and I was always curious to check it out because I go to the 7 – 11 that is right next door often. My fiancé and I tried it for the first time Summer of 2014 and we now go back as often as we can! I usually get the Gyro Plate which is really dank! Stuffed leaves are really good as well. The owner at the front is super sweet and nice. She always tries to make conversation and she is always in a great mood.

I had Chicken Shwarma, Hummus, Falafel and a baklava ordered to go yesterday for dinner. After eating that, my wife and I both got dysentery. Aweful night, threw away the leftovers. Not Good!

My husband and I have lived by here for a bit, and decided to stop by while out running errands. Service was quick and friendly and the food was good and cheap too! There were lots of options for us since we are vegetarians. We will be back when we want a quick bite close to home. We saw a dolmah sandwich on the menu, which we are both curious about and plan to try soon.

Yum! I ordered their Spanikopita along with a hummus and pita plate. Everything tasted great and I loved that spanikopita. The woman who helped us was incredibly friendly. My friend went to use their bathroom and said they had the cleanest kitchen you’ve ever seen. Grill Xpress also has a few shelves of ingredients if you want to try making something at home, too! Definitely worth stopping in to check it out!

I admit that I’ve only had their gyro but I love it. It isn’t in the traditional pita but it’s still delicious. They have good baklava, too. The owners are very nice.

It’s a cozy place right by Northgate just west of I-5 in a strip mall. It’s mixed in with Teriyaki, nail salon, donut shop, and a little convenient store. I grabbed a quick bite on the way to catch a bus. Their service was nice and quick. A variety of Mediterranean selections. I had a chicken Shawarma. I was surprised how much chicken I got in the Shawarma. The meat was tender and the sauce was really tasty(I like the sourness of the sauce)

In. Love. Hot, fresh, super filling. Cheap! My gyro and fries were 6 bucks! Drink was extra, but I didn’t care. Stopped by with my mom and brother and the two gyro/fry dishes, my moms(huge) salad with(chicken, rice, and side of pita and hummus) plus tea, coffee, and soda was 24 dollars. Yup. 24 bucks. Aaaaand: was awesome! The owner was also really nice. Has its own lot that it shares with the strip mall, but getting onto Northgate way can be tricky depending on which way you’re entering/exiting.
