Heidi K Horwitz, DDS

Our daughter was a patient of Heidi Horwitz and what an experience it was. In the 2 years our daughter was a patient she never treated her bottom front teeth. Needless to say our daughter had to have 6 teeth extracted. When we started at this clinic the front desk person was Robin a very friendly person, then she went to the back office and they got another receptionist. The new receptionist was very unfriendly and was not knowledgeable enough to be helpful.
God forbid you had to call them to reschedule an appointment! I did call to cancel or reschedule afew appointments, and Heidi and Jennifer acted like the world was going to end because we changed the appointment time and day.
After waiting for 2 very long years for Heidi Horwitz to do anything to treat our daughters teeth other than just the 4 front teeth, I called to cancel an appointment so I could find another orthodonist.
Once it became common knowledge that our daughter would not be coming back to the Horwitz clinic, I started receiving nightly phone calls from Robin asking m why I was not bringing in our daughter. These phone calls were as late as 9 or 9:30.
We quickly swiitched to another orthodonist and they were able to diagnose her condition and make a treatment plan all within 30 minutes Yes we were fully aware that our daughter would require braces in 2 phases but to not do anything for 2 frickin years just to 4 front teeth and spacers.
She now has a beautiful smile and teeth thanks to the new orthodonist.
