I’m shocked this page isn’t filled with reviews. Either people are afraid he’ll be so busy that they’ll never get an appointment or they feel so good after leaving a session with Steve that they forget what happened. Those are the only two options that make sense. I am a mostly healthy, reasonably active 45-year-old man who ran too far one day given my current conditioning(sadly, only 6 miles). Following that, I traveled for 3 days and spent hours sitting on planes & sleeping in beds my body wasn’t used to. Ultimately, my back hurt, and it was significant enough that I knew I needed treatment. Bottom line — one session with Steve and I could touch my toes again. I’m not sure I need to say much more than that. I could talk about how he’s calm, interesting, engaging, and obviously very skilled — but that’s all irrelevant given how effective he is. I could go on, but I’ve made my point. I’m extremely grateful to have been treated by this amazing man, and I can only hope I don’t have cause to see him again.

Steven Toltzmann should be a millionaire. I am not an athlete, just an aging boomer trying to stay on the hiking trails. I have lived with a lot of shoulder pain since my breast cancer surgery 8 years ago. Two sessions with Steven using Active Release Therapy, I am pain free! I know Active Release for soft tissue problems is amazing but my results with Steven are over the top. If only the world would compensate our best and most effective people. Thank you Steven!

I was originally sent to Steven, primary therapist & propieter, 5 years ago after a rear-end collison & have found myself continually going back when pain rears its ugly, knotty horns in my backside. They are more of a heathcare provider than a spa, purveyors in tension, stress, & injury release. With two LMPs on staff & two ART Active Release Technique(«www.activerelease.com») therapists this is the only house of body work I go to when some nasty shite is going on in my back. ART is like an intense physical therapy session, litterally working out the knots, lactic acid, cramps, aches & pains. They have helped me status post car crumple fender bender(that’s how I found ‘em) or OPPPS in the work place. The whole time your body gets treated, your ears get treats too, music afficianados aboun here with lots of space on their iPods to mix it up. It is not cheap in dollars, they accept all major insurance. But fundamentally we only have one body to walk the Earth with & get from doughnut shoppe to pizza joint with. Do yourself a favor, when next your body screams back at you after spending too much time in the garden or two many days at the rave, give Steven & the folks here a chance to help. You won’t be disappointed in their warm, personable & open approach.
