I took a chocolate making class here with Chef Michael Poole and my girlfriend and we had an absolute blast! The chef is so kind and patient and hilarious, he made the whole experience so much fun and he has such an impressive background studying culinary arts in France and also being a firefighter, the whole experience was hands on and rewarding! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone interested!
Goes without saying, the chocolates were AMAZING
