I have been seeing Kara for several months now for personal training and I am seeing positive changes in my body and attitude toward movement and exercise. Just over last few months of seeing her 1 – 2 times/week, I feel stronger, can actually see the results of our work together, and, importantly, I look forward to the workouts. I appreciate Kara’s attention to form and technique, the variety of the workouts, and her positive outlook, plus she does her homework in advance of classes to make sure all her students get the most out of their time with her. I’m already looking forward to my class with her tomorrow! :)
