I finished the 7 day cleanse with Ying in July and absolutely loved it. It was really one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. And it was also a life changing experience in the sense that I am much more aware of the food I eat and the kinds of foods that actually nourish my body and mind. The cleanse taught me to listen to my body and then doing this cleanse in a group was very helpful and insightful. I recommend for anyone interested in doing a cleanse to do this cleanse with Ying! She knows what she’s talking about and you come out of the experience with much more than just a few pounds lost. Not to mention there’s are a couple delicious catered meals and a fun potluck. This food based cleanse is the way to go!

I did a 7-day facilitated group cleanse with Ying and it was awesome. I was kinda nervous about the whole idea of a cleanse — i had heard all the horror stories of fasting and extreme bowel movements. This cleanse was totally different — it’s a nutritional cleanse based upon the work of Hale Sophia Schatz(who wrote if the buddha came to dinner) and you actually get to *eat* on the cleanse — primarily organic local foods, and mostly fruits and vegetables with proteins and grains as «condiments.» After the cleanse my body felt clean and whole. Ying really made a difference with her thoughtful, genuine approach. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
