Lowell is great. He got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment and turned around a cracked iPhone 6 screen in 15 minutes flat. For $ 125 + tax, you can’t find a better deal.
FYI, he does work out of his residence but he lets you watch the telly while he works which is a nice bonus.
I encourage you to give your business to Lowell should you have an iPhone repair.

Very fast repair friendly and works with your schedule. He does work out of house in nice area in Beacon Hill. Hopefully I don’t break my screen again. But if I do, I will definitely have him fix it.

I have an iPhone 4s that was dropped several times in the past and therefore had issues with the home button and microphone. Called iPlayPower and made an appointment for the same day. The owner explained the likely cause of the problems over the phone and how they would be fixed. Forty minutes later the iPhone was ready for pickup and it is working again. The repairs consisted of a new data port and new home button. The issues with the quality of calls (thanks to the service provider) continue, but that is another story. The cost of the repair was no surprise since I asked before the work started. I am satisfied with the work done, the owner is friendly and well mannered.

This guy works out of his house so he is flexible with appointments. He did a good job and his price is a lot less then the repair stores. He did break a piece of the speaker which sucked but he rush ordered it and got it the next day and fixed it quickly. All in all I would totally use him again, plus he is super quick. It only took him 30 mins to replace my shattered screen.

i took a Iphone 4 with a broken screen to him. He said he replaced the screen but that something else went wrong and that the phone would only work when plugged in. I asked what good that was and he said at least I could get my old data off of it. He lied it won’t turn on to back up even when plugged in. On the upside he did fix the speaker on a Iphone 4s. So I ended up with one working phone but for the price and time I could have just bought a new «used» phone. I think he lied about the backup so I would pay and not leave him with a completely broken phone. The screen on the Iphone 4 was broken but the phone was completely useable. I would go somewhere else.

This was amazing! I called and got an appointment right away. I was in and out in a half an hour, and new screen is perfect!
The location is easy to find in Beacon Hill, his prices were extremely reasonable, and I got to watch some TV while I waited. Highly recommend coming here!

Passing through Seattle on a solo bike tour, I had dropped my iphone, shattering the screen so badly that it was inoperable. Lowell came to my rescue twice; first fixing the screen and second by making a house call to where I was staying to replace the battery when the darn thing wouldn’t hold the charge. Service extraordinaire!
