I love these people. They take over my laptop remotely and scrub it clean from all the little programs I inadvertantly allow in; they provide me with a folder on my desk top telling what to do to keep things smooth, clean and safe and they answer quick stupid questions when I get hung up. I couldn’t do my business or run my life without them. 5 stars

I know just enough to get myself in trouble with my laptop and had two «emergency computer» days when IT HQ saved me. They are knowledgable, fast, and work as a team to find the best solution. They went the extra mile to ensure that I had virus and malware protection in addition to what I needed updated. The price was very reasonable and incredible service. Yesterday I took my laptop to three places and walked out of each a little more confused. I just moved to West Seattle and wanted to try someone local so I made one more call. Kevin was clear, warm, knowledgeable and completely understandable. Even though it is likely my laptop has finally gone over the edge, Kevin was encouraging about other possibilities. He helped me decide on a new one, let me use his office desktop to make the purchase (mine wasn’t working-​remember?) and then when the company laptop was not available to lend me– Kevin lent me his. I am running a complicated renovation from home and his generosity saved me. While I was at IT Headquarters several customers came and went. All of them took the time to tell me how much they appreciated the service and care they receive at IT. I couldn’t be happier I found them.

I have worked with IT Headquarters for years, and have always been delighted. I am a writer, so when my computer crashed yesterday, I was pretty panicked that I had lost the manuscript I was working on. Even though it was the weekend (of course), I called and left a message which resulted in Rob calling me back, and meeting me at their office fifteen minutes later and fixed my problem! This was on a Sunday afternoon. My computer is better than when I took it in, and he made no attempt to sell me anything «extra.» He was even reluctant to send me an invoice, though I insisted! These guys are great!
