I grabbed a sub here before climbing onto the light rail and it was terrible. I requested a vegetarian sub. What gets me is the Jersey Mike idea of a ‘vegi sub’ is bland tasting bread with tasteless iceberg lettuce, raw onions and hot house tomatoes. No pickled or roasted vegetables, no special spreads, no avocado — nothing that would help enhance the flavor due to the absence of meat. I will not be returning. Take a hint and get a decent vegetarian sandwich — you are in Seattle after all.

Great spot for a lunchtime sub. I usually get the Italian(#13) and take off the pepperoni for some more cappicola and get it mikes way. I probably go here once a week for lunch their sandwiches are filling and very fresh. Recommended!

This place is actually a good sandwich place. Ask for light oil and vinegar or they will drench your sandwich and it will get soggy. If you’re not going to eat it right away I would ask for the oil and vinegar on the side. I really can’t believe I’m giving a fast food sandwich shop 4 stars, but I gotta do er. Good work mike!

Horrible service and idiot people working. For 15 dollars an hour you would think this place would be working at a little faster pace. Would never return to this location even if I was dying of hunger. Employee didn’t even know the menu had to stop and look around to figure out what I ordered. Would give no stars if it let me.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever come across at any restaurant. Let me start with this… the woman asks what I’d like. Ok simple question right? I’d like a kids turkey and cheese with lettuce only. The woman says wait wait I have a bad memory. What is that again? I repeat myself. Again she says wait wait I have a bad memory. We finally get our sandwiches ordered and sit down only to find they still haven’t put the hot sandwich meat on the grill. No exaggeration…30 min later we finally get two of the hot sandwiches. As I type we are still waiting for a chicken wrap. Jersey Mikes you have a lot of work to do with your staffing. This place is awful!

Let me start off by saying I have never heard anything bad about this place I’ve always been told their sandwiches were great. With that being said I am a vegetarian who works with in walking distance and delivery of about 20 different places. Having never tried jersey mikes subs I thought why not give it a try so i first called in for them to tell me to order online so I wouldn’t have to pay the delivery fee. I found this useful cause why not save 2 $ so after creating a profile and setting my order up it all came out to be about 9 $ at the end there was a pop up and email that said my sub would Arrive in 30mins I felt that was alittle long considering I work about ½ a block away but I wasn’t in a position to leave work so it was what ever I could deal with that amount of time. 30 mins pass then 45 I call in to be told they didn’t know if my sandwich was made or if it had gone out for delivery or what the time frame on it arriving was. 1 hour later still no sub 1 hour 20 mins it finally has arrived I am starving at this point to I open it to find a soggy cold mess moral of this story is jersey mikes sucks do not order if u are on any type of time crunch it will be late and will arrive a cold mess.

I had higher hopes for Jersey Mike’s given that they had decent reviews. I’m an east coast born and raised girl, having lived in CT, Boston, & Philly before migrating west. We decided to give this place a try because they are supposed to be Jersey style & delivered. The husband ordered the Turkey & Provolone, regular size, which is 7″ with added banana peppers. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with no tomatoes. Our order arrived on time, which is nice for an 8pm-ish delivery on a Saturday night. Our food wasn’t so great though. I almost got out the ruler because that 7″ sub looked more like the 5″ and there were only a few small bits of peppers added on. My wrap was even sadder. It was totally soggy with sauce escaping all over the outside. Better packaging than just some foil would’ve helped. And my no tomato request was ignored. The buffalo sauce was weak. I read they use Frank’s but it certainly was sparingly. All and all we’d be better off going to Subway, and that’s plain sad.

I am a long-time fan of Jersey Mike’s as I am from the NY/NJ area. I contacted them yesterday and was told by one delivery guy that my workplace, which is literally just up the hill 11 blocks from Jersey Mike’s might be on the periphery of their delivery zone, but he stated he would deliver to my work place & he did tell me that not every delivery person at the business would be willing to deliver it the 11 blocks to where I worked. I called back to order food today and was told it was out of their zone, so I ordered Jimmy Johns — not sure how Jersey Mike’s will compete if they are not willing to deliver food 11 blocks away from their store. I will stick with Jimmy John’s and the Polish Deli on Madison and Tat’s Deli for now. Disappointed in Jersey Mike’s…

I am kicking myself for just recently trying Jersey Mike’s. I don’t eat meat, but I love tuna and I am pretty sure that they have the best tuna sub I have ever tried. Their secret sauce — olive oil — vinegar is SO good and really makes the sandwich. Don’t think that this is just a wannabe Subway — it really is so much better.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me so I went to the one on the 3rd ave. Gentleman there said they don’t have hot sandwiches and said I should go to the one on 1st and pike. First impression: pricey. Their 7.5′ sub starts at $ 7.25. People there were extremely nice. They sliced cheese and choice of meats right in front of me which is pretty cool. Portions are amazing. The amount of meat and veggies make up for the higher than average price. I normally get foot(12′) long sub at Subway but I was stuffed with 7.5′(Regular size) sub here. They have limited options when it comes to sauce — I think they only have vinegar and oil. But it tasted awesome. I highly recommend this place. It may not be your everyday sub but it’s definitely worth trying.

Glad to see Jersey Mike’s Subs in downtown Seattle. Their sandwiches are very good for a chain restaurant, service is relatively fast, and the employees very friendly. Bonus for having multiple teevees showing sports. Sandwiches are a bit on the pricey side, but you get good quality for what you pay for. Definitely will be a regular here.

I got a free regular sub coupon with a $ 1 donation to a charity!!! Just went there and it was packed! I think they handed out these promotional coupons to a lot of the office buildings nearby. Eventhough it may be busy, they got extra help to get the line moving, all the managers and crew members are super friendly and helpful! I believe the one on 3rd& Pike will be open soon as well, but no hot sandwiches there. If you want a hot sandwich you gotta go to the 1st& Pike location. It was kinda loud in there and I think that’s what I heard. Anyways, get it «Mike’s Way»!!! Thank you Jersey Mike! See ya soon, Ill be back! Happy Sub’n!!!
