Called to request an appointment as a new patient. Needed to clarify my insurance, when called back to clarify insurance was told I needed to call my insurance to get authorization. When I asked isn’t that something done on the office end was told no. I chose not to go with MD. Called another MD in area and within minutes had an appointment and they indicated they do the insurance verification. The admin team in this office need some training, or perhaps they don’t want new patients. Never got a chance to review the MD.

Dr Gormley was right on schedule with a friendly and relaxed manner. She explained to me that my problem was not my feet but my shoes which were too narrow. She gave me a width chart to use at the shoe store which has been. I’ll call on her again if I need help with my feet.

I was referred to Dr. Gormley through my primary care physician. It was my first experience with a Podiatrist and I was really pleased. First, she was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. She answered all of my questions and gave me the reasons behind her conclusions. Second, I felt that she was interested in helping me feel better – she didn’t require unnecessary treatments or solutions. In fact, I left her office with some over-​the-​counter things to buy and that was it. I have recommended her to my co-​worker.
I would definitely see Dr. Gormley again if I had reason to.

Joanne is a wonderful podiatrist – highly knowledgeable, experienced, and good bedside manner. I’ve seen her for a few problems over the years and have always walked out (no pun intended) with solutions. She’s made a few simple interventions that have benefited me for long periods of time. Pleasant doctor, humble office setting with parking.
