Joey is amazing. We were with a different agent and lost out on house after house. Joey was so knowledgable and I really think gave us an edge when we put in an offer. You cannot go wrong with Joey as your agent!

Joey is awesome – she is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and perhaps most importantly, she is very «real.» She’ll analyze things with you like she’s a close girlfriend, and always makes you feel like even the silliest question, concern, or panicked moment is worth her full attention. We looked at tons of houses, and Joey was patient, kind, and enormously helpful. When we ultimately found the house we wanted, she employed excellent strategies to ensure we got it. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

We had a fantastic experience with Joey as our realtor. We were living in San Francisco and looking to buy in West Seattle under a very tight timeline and she made a huge difference. From reacting quickly to our desire to dig in on a house, she sent videos, additional pictures and gave us any and all info she could find on the place. She helped us come up with a great offer strategy and we got the house in a competitive situation. Worked out perfectly. I should add that Joey continues to help us with any small detail we come across (recommendations on different vendors, pre-​schools, etc). If and when we sell or buy another property, she is without question the realtor we’d use. One last point… she also has a very fun and likable personality coupled with being a skilled and thoughtful negotiator on your behalf… something to keep in mind when she presents you and your offer to a seller’s agent in a competitive environment.

11/​21/​2012 Edit «So today I said good bye to my home and it was upsetting. And even though I was pretty emotional throughout the short sale process, Joey kept reassuring me that everything would work out and to try not to worry. She was right.
I loved my home but short sale was the best option. I just got married and the new hubby was less than emotional about it and while understanding, wanted answers continually about the process so of course I was bugging her at all times of the day and night. She was always responsive and never left me hanging.
I continued getting tons of letters, phone calls, certified mail and I believe I contacted her on every one of them stating something to the effect of «This can’t be right. They sent me the same letter 3 times in a day! They are coming to kick me out! Are you sure???» She was very patient and tolerated my doubts and even though I now realize how insulting I must have seemed to her knowledge of the workings of a short sale, she always handled it with class and grace.
While a crappy situation, I would want no one other than Joey holding my hand through it! Thanks again, Joey!

I don’t think there are words that carry enough weight to describe Joey. I found myself in a situation probably similar to many people a few years ago: in a condo worth less than I owed, taking pay cuts at work due to economic slow down, a real estate market in the tank. I tried several times to take advantage of government programs, my mortgage holders programs, anything to get my mortgage restructured so I could stay in the condo but nothing came through. I was at the end of the road and had resigned myself to going through a foreclosure and trashing my credit for a long time.
I told Joey my situation and she recommended we try and short-​sale my condo, I was game for anything but very skeptical that it could get done because nothing was selling and the last unit that did sell was woefully low. I told her my reservations and worries and she told me to get her some information, not worry about it, and let her go to work. The process was slow at first but Joey was hustling on my behalf, pretty soon we started to get people trickling in and in a few months we had 4 offers stacked up ready to roll.
As soon as I started to get my hopes up that I could get out of this jam the bank came back and said all the offers were too low and gave us the lowest number they would take. I was sure that was the end and I was sunk, Joey kept working on the bank and the buyers until she was miraculously able to get a buyer and the bank to the same number, unbelievable! Then we found out the condo building was too far behind on HOA payments to accept the buyers loan, again Joey came to the rescue and worked out a deal to get enough of the HOA’s paid to make the percentages right.
Joey was literally the light at the end of a tunnel for me and I am in debt to her forever. More importantly than being an awesome realtor Joey is a super person, honest, down to earth, and trustworthy. I will absolutely work with Joey again and always refer my friends and family to her.

One of the best most knowledgeable realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Joey made the experience of buying our new home positive and enjoyable. I will be recommending her time and time again. A true professional in the luxury real estate market, Joey delivers every time.
