Buyer beware. Lighting fixtures are NOT returnable and the phone customer service is awful. Why on earth can’t you return a lighting fixture that’s still in the box and a standard item in their catalog!!! Never shopping here again.

Update: I’m pleased to say that Jonathan Adler corporate customer service responded to my email and fully credited me with the cost of the light. They were extremely apologetic. I greatly appreciate their corporate customer service (New York based) in helping to resolve the issue. The Seattle based store wasn’t helpful but at least the corporate office recognized the issue and addressed it to my satisfaction so thank you!

This is why University Village is different than other shopping mall/​location. The selections are unique. JA is a great example. I love everything. The sales are very helpful and knowledgeable.
