Can’t pass it up when I see(and smell) the KC Deez trailer! The burnt ends! So great.

Tried this food truck at a fundraiser 5K in Auburn. Loved it!!! Quick service, fantastic BBQ flavor, hearty servings, would recommend to anyone! I had the pulled pork with coleslaw; it was delicious, moist & flavorful. Can’t wait to find them again & try some other menu items!

Their food cart came to my place of work. SERVICE: They were understaffed. I was ~15th in line when they opened, and it took me 55 minutes to get my food. Guy behind the counter was apologetic and personable. They said they would be bringing a third person, next time. I truly hope there is a next time. FOOD: I ordered a tray of three meats, which included coleslaw and pickles and a side of their sauce, which I assume is their own recipe. Chicken: Mostly dry(though there were some small pieces which were what every young smoked chicken should aspire to be when it grows up) but it all had good smoke flavor and paired really well with their sauce, which was very good. Sausage: Dry, tough, and not very flavorful. Definitely the most disappointing aspect of the meal. It was overall improved with the sauce, but I felt like I was wasting the sauce, so I just ate the sausages quickly and moved on. Brisket Burnt Ends: Were amazing, and single-handedly worth finding out where the food truck is on other days and weekends. Meat had great flavor, and I don’t think could have been cooked any better. Even the huge chunks of fat were just on the edge of falling apart and gave no resistance, instead imparting flavor and juiciness to the meat. They also paired great with the sauce, with no flavors being lost. Coleslaw: Unremarkable and had no personality. I wish they would have tried harder to do something with it(they could take some lessons from Jimmy Mac’s slaw), but it functioned adequately as a palette cleanser between meats. Pickles: Even though I think they were just«Cash & Carry», were great between bites; I thought they went the best with the brisket, because of the contrast in both flavor(sour, briny dill and smoky, fatty, beef) and texture(light snap of pickles and soft chew of brisket). PORTION: I was not at all disappointed with the portion size; I felt very satisfied at the end. I could have eaten more, but I can always eat more. I was pleasantly full. FINALTHOUGHTS: Wait time, dry chicken, complacent coleslaw, and the sadness which was the sausages are what kept it from being 5 stars, but I would not hesitate to eat here, again. BBQ sauce and the rest of the eating experience were, for me, certainly worth keeping it at a 4.

Cold and dry would be the best description of this place. I ordered a chicken, pulled pork, brisket sliders. I ate the chicken slider first it was cold and the chicken meat was very dry as in chicken jerky. of the check and was quite pleasant and the sauce is a good tasting but very watery sauce. next I dove into the pork slider again good tasting little heavy on the rub spices and dry and again cold. And finally I ate the brisket slider. It tasted as over cooked pot roast again cold as if it was just out if the fridge. Maybe I don’t know that sliders are served cold. The taste was good but dry and cold

BBQ the way it’s supposed to be — not smothered in sauce to allow the real BBQ flavor to come through. Coleslaw is great tasting too. I had the three pulled pork sliders, comes with slaw. With a can of coke total came to $ 8.50. Great price for a great tasting and filling lunch.

I had been craving bbq for a month. KC Deez hit the spot. I had andouille and rib tips. I love that they were not drowning in sauce. The smokey flavor came through and was super tender and delicious. My husband had the sliders, they were piled high with pulled pork. Cooked to perfection. I ordered 2 servings of their coleslaw and then ordered more to take home for later. Great bbq. The prices were surprisingly low for what you get. Looking forward to satisfying my craving again!

Happened to come across this food truck while I was working in south seattle. It was his first time up there. I asked for the menu item he would call his«go to». This was the burnt ends. They were delicious. Super moist with a great smokey flavor. The BBQ sauce it came with was awesome. Wish I had asked for more. Very simple plate of food, but it was great. Would definitely go again.
