I needed info. I called, got a voicemail which didnt work well. i transferred me to a different extension than which it said it would,. I finally got a person. She was rude.
I was persistent. i got another person. She was nice. She apologized that the phone recording is wrong. Do I wish to talk to a supervisor about it? UMM, no, can you just tell her? Life is short. Play nice and fair. I am not the county fix-​it girl. You say you already know about this — then fix it.
