Mmm I love their roasted duck. One whole duck for $ 17 and then hop over to Seattle Deli for some plain baguettes and you’ve just bought my love with less than $ 20 bucks. I would skip on the BBQ pork though. The skin was just not crispy the way I like it. I prefer the BBQ pork from Kau Kau, but I like the duck over here.

This place is cash only. Very authentic Chinese bbq. The owner is from Hong Kong and their bbq tastes just like what I’ve had in hk and nyc. I ordered the roast duck to try this place out. Can’t wait to go back to try their char siu and roast pork.

I was in Little Saigon grocery shopping and decided to come here to get some bbq pork and roasted duck(to make homemade wonton noodle soup with roasted duck). I came in and there were no customers. I told the employee working that I wanted half a duck and 1 pound of bbq pork. I try not to be too picky, but I saw him grab some meat that did not look good at all and requested that he grab another piece from the rack. I don’t understand any mandarin or cantonese except ni hao, xie xie, and du bi chi. But I think he was swearing at me because I was picky about the meat & kept mean mugging-ai ya! I was going to walk out and just leave, but I was like ugh, just give me the meat and let me pay and leave! The pork and duck tasted good, but I will probably be going to another location for better service next time!

I’ve been here with my family for over 10 years. Still one of my favorite Chinese BBQ places. My favorite is the lunch boxes they have. Generous portions and their secret sauce is great over everything. I’m a fan of all their offerings: Roasted duck, roasted pork, bbq pork, soy sauce chicken. They owner are pretty friendly. CASHONLY

It was just ok… I much prefer Kau Kau BBQ. It seemed a bit dry here.

I love to get roast duck here. They are tinier than I am used to(originally from LA) and they give you a type of soy sauce dipping sauce instead of the traditional plum sauce, but the owners are super sweet and I like coming here. I usually park at vietwha parking lot and walk over.

I *expletive* love this place. I only bought duck, so my review is based off that. The duck was well balanced with meat and fat. Some places that have duck have the meat and skin, but no savory fat. I tried this place out via Unilocal reviews. I’ve tried duck at Kau Kau, which boasts the best BBQ pork, it is phenomenal but lacks when it comes to duck. For a whole duck it cost me $ 17 and change. The man chopping my goodness up obvi was the owner. And older man and CASHONLY. However does offer 7Up to sell. There is nowhere to sit. Which is fine. Everything about this experience exudes what duck should be. Btw I *expletive* duck. And the place is clean. My highest recommendation from a picky roasted duck eater. Everything else looked good too and am looking forward to trying the other options.

Got a roast duck for take out. The ducks looked nice and fresh in the window, and by they time we got it home it didn’t disappoint. Very tasty, moist, flavorful with a nicely crisped skin. Would I travel here just to buy ducks? No. But if I’m in the neighborhood, I’d buy one here again. Don’t come here for any ambiance. It’s a counter with a cash register and some serious BBQ. That’s it.

I’ve been going here for a while 10 years + and it’s fantastic every time, however this is just a review for the roast duck, we always get that. I think I’ve tried the pork a couple times but it wasn’t anything so special that I had to get it again, that’s prob the case since I actually can’t remember lol but the roast duck is always really good!

This place is awful. I actually love BBQ pork and roasted pork a lot and it takes a lot for me to hate a Chinese BBQ restaurant. This 1 star experience is due to lack of attention, poor service, and high prices for terrible quality meat. Their lack of attention of detail comes when I open the order. The pieces look like they’ve been chopped blindly by someone with bad arthritis. They were way too thick to consume by human mouth and fork. Some pieces had a clump of burnt char clung on. Disgusting. Most pieces were made entirely with fat. Poor service comes when I ask them INCHINESE, so they understood me perfectly and even responded in chinese, to select a pound of SKINNIER bbq pork, meaning not too many of those huge balls of fat that cling along. It’s like he purposely chose the one in my face that was clearly covered in fat. And he chopped it with no care whatsoever. I asked him again, can you choose a skinny piece for me? Then he loudly states that he heard me and that this piece was skinny. Bull****. I went home and threw most of it away because it was all FAT. I hate King’s barbeque house. I will never return. If you want real HK style meat — go to Ton Kiang BBQ noodle house 1 block away.

go here for the best bbq duck and chicken INSEATTLE. not the best place that I have ever been to, but the best for seattle. 663 has a good roasted duck too, but I think it’s a bit too fatty, and not enough flavor for my taste. the lunch box for this place is I think under 5 bucks, but I usually get a half a duck, and half a chicken. GETTHATBROWNSAUCE! they are very frugal about the sauce, and if you just tell them you’ll give them more money, they’ll give you more. it’s usually like 50 cents, but it’s worth it. Ok, after that. Make rice at home because their rice there is dry, and put in a pan the duck and chicken, pour the sauce all over the duck and chicken, and put it in the oven at 325 and wait for it to cook. I do it for like 20 mins. I know it seems like a lot of work, but that’s how I’ve had it growing up, and it’s BOMB!!! it’s good on it’s own, but the flavors will not come out if don’t do that.

Pros: This place is my go to place for asian bbq stuff. Their duck is fantastic and their roast pork is crispy and delicious. The real amazing part of this place is their duck sauce… I swear its made with magic. Really good price for the portions! Cons: This place made me fat! *This place is not a a sit down and eat place! You can only get to-go! Still worth it!

I saw this little hole in the wall place while going to Seattle Deli and decided to stop by and try their BBQ. For a little hole in the wall it was actually nice and clean inside. The BBQ looked fresh. Its hanging for you inside a glass window so you can see. The prices are great. The roasted duck was fresh and yummy. There was a lot of meat, which most places tend to have skinny ducks with no substance. The only thing that would make the duck better if the skin was crispier but overall its good. I also got the roast crispy pork. This one I was a little disappointed. When looking at it it looks fresh and crispy. But when I bite into it, the skin was not crispy. =(The flavor of the pork was good though and it was moist and not dry. Maybe it was just a bad day. But I definitely will give them another try.

This place is AMAZING! I stumbled accross King’s after searching for duck in Seattle or in the Eastside. I’ll start by saying that I LOVE duck, whether it is Asian style BBQ, Peking, roasted, you name it. King’s offers Asian-style BBQ duck, as well as Asian-style BBQ pork, both are moist and very flavorful. Their prices are also incredible, $ 6 for a BBQ pork and rice lunchbox, packed with tons of tasty pork. A whole duck for under $ 17 dollars, I can’t even get a frozen duck at the supermarket for that price. The only downside to King’s is that it is in Seattle and I live on the eastside, however, taking into account their awesomeness, I would not mind the drive. P. S. King’s is not an eat-in place, the BBQ house is just a counter with tons of tasty offerings.

I usually just buy my roast pork and char siu pork at Uwajimaya simply for convenience and the fact they make a decent meat. Recently when I needed Char Siu pork and roast pork, they were out?! So after walking around the International District, I came across King’s Barbeque House and figured I’d give it a shot. It was a simple place but there were a couple of people inside so I figured why not? The char siu pork was moist and full of the char siu flavors that you would expect. The roast pork was well seasoned and the skin perfectly crisped. It was a great appetizer to have around! Service is simple and they only accept cash. No credit cards here so be sure to hit up the ATM before stopping by. Very awesome place and I will be sure to check it out again!

Best Peking Duck and Roast Pork in town. Long lines on Saturday, dirty floors, and loud butcher knife noises. The food here is just tasty and spectacular. This is the best Roasted Chinese BBQ ever. If you don’t like Roast Duck or Pork, go for the Roast Chicken. Yummy, yum yum! Cash only.

Based on the reviews I journeyed down there with a co-worker for the lunch plate today. The $ 6 lunch plate is either one or two meats over rice. No veggies or sides here. I think the meats are pretty good and a good value. I wouldn’t consider them mind blowing and I prefer the half roast duck plate at Uwajimaya as a more balanced meal. Service was good and the gentleman manning the butcher block was very helpful and gratious in explaining the differences between some of the meats. Carryout only, no seating, cash only. Street parking was a bit tricky for lunch. Reminds me of some of the authentic Texas BBQs where you go up and ask for a quantity of meat and the only side is bread…
