LT is the only nail salon I’ll go to. They’re always so sweet and do such an amazing job. Some of their prices are a few bucks more than most salons but totally worth it!

My favorite nail salon in Seattle. Reasonably priced, great service, and always beautiful nails. Their gel works so good I can make my manicure stretch 4 – 6 weeks with a little at home glitter polish filler in the grow out.

Went here today for the first time and loved it! I used to go to Bella regularly but their service has become terrible. LT is the best — very friendly staff who are passionate about what they do. They were very careful and my nails look AMAZING! Best shellac mani/pedi in over a year. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been going here for a few years, and would never go anywhere else! The service is always wonderful and the job they do is GREAT. These women are amazing. The 4 stars is because often times it takes a very long time to get help :(

My go-to no frills nail salon, which is conveniently located on Market Street. $ 25 for a pedicure, and walk-ins are always welcome. The ladies there always do a great job. Mostly OPI nail color options.

No frills, pretty basic looking in here but they get the job done. Got a mani from here and the lady did a great job. Would come here again

They took off my acrylic nails! They even stayed late while my polish dried on a Friday. Thank you!

Best massage chair EVER. Free paraffin wax on feet during the winter… so you also get additional leg massage time. Very friendly ladies, but not a lot of chit chat and no TV which makes it good for staring at your phone. Bottled water or hot tea offered too. I loved this place.

One of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Kelly did a fantastic job on my acrylics. I’ve been getting compliments left and right. I highly recommend this place for everything from a basic pedicure to a fancy manicure! Nice employees, good prices, high quality work :-)

Just came in for a manicure. They’re overpriced, and paid little attention to detail. The technician got up after doing my left hand and had someone else take over for the right side. I had to shape my nails myself. Although I had been a customer of theirs before, they were going to charge me five extra dollars to remove Shellac. Needless to say I wont be a customer here again.

The ladies here are so sweet & friendly and do a meticulous job on my nails every time! They even remembered my name when I hadn’t gone in months. I also appreciate that they cover the whole nail when doing shellac. Some places will leave a huge gap between the color and cuticle so as to make the grow out visible much sooner, but not here! Simply the best!

Went here for the first time this morning for acrylics before leaving on vacation. It is such a cute shop(no idea why I haven’t been in before!) and is very clean. Not only were the staff friendly and inviting, but it is obvious they care about quality. Because there were no other customers while I was in, my technician was able to spend ample time perfecting my nails, something she did not have to do but did anyways. I really appreciated her attention to detail and it definitely showed in the final product. I will definitely be returning here soon — likely to get them filled and repainted for New Years! Love my nails! New favorite spot for sure!

Umm, can’t believe I have never been here before! Desperately in need of a pedicure, but my usual Hoa was booked up. Walked to a couple places and settled with LT Nails. Very thankful I did! The salon is a little dated, but very clean and great polish choices. Lots of OPI! Kelly did my pedicure and she was amazing. I usually judge my pedicure on three things: 1) the exfoliation(I like a good one so I don’t walk away with any dead skin) 2) the massage. Being active my legs are always sore. I had a fantastic and long massage. 3) clean nails with a good polish appliqué. LT Nails passed my test. Definitely will be coming back here!

I agree with a lot of the comments here. This place use to be amazing when Kathy and Kim was there. They remembered me no matter how long in between appointments and would take amazing care of my. They did my nails for my wedding as well as other occasions. They were honestly the best. Perfect quality! Now the jobs are rushed with poor quality and feels like any other nail salon — in-personal, costly, and imperfect. If ANYONE knows where Kathy/Kim has gone, please let me know! Would follow those two lovely ladies anywhere.

Disregard Every Unilocal prior to the sale of this business last spring. Kim & Kathy(even Snow) are all gone. As are their friendly, good service &20 yrs of dedicated care. The new ownership charged me 3 different amounts for the same Svc over 3 visits. They do a hurried, poor job on fills. They don’t engage the guest or seem to care about them. Instead their focus is getting people thru as quickly as possible.

I have been here twice now for a shellac mani and pedi. Since moving to the Seattle area in January I have been o 4 nail places to try to find my new«go to» nail salon. I didn’t think I would find one until I came into this place. They were really nice and inviting. They offered me bottled water and actually did a great job with both my shellac mani & pedi. The only downside is that parking is on the street and you have to pay for parking. But, since they do a good job I am willing to deal with that. Plus, it gives me and my boys a good reason to try some of the restaurants down there on Market street!

Wow, I wish I would’ve discovered this place sooner!!! $ 20 for a meticulous Express Pedicure and the staff were super friendly, not to mention the place was spotless. The nail tech really took her time and asked me exactly what I wanted. I had been going to Embellish Nails right across the street and paying more for way less. I will definitely be coming back to LT Nails and Spa!

My shellac lasted almost 3 weeks which is amazing for me! My pedicure is on 5 weeks and going strong. They do a great job

I came here for the first time tonight because of the 4.5 Unilocal review, and I have to say I was quite disappointed. Needed a pedi and they happily greeted me and sat me down right away. The technician was nice, but the pedi itself was sub-par. She cut my big toe nails way too short. Like, painfully short. And the scrub/massage was lengthy yet not fulfilling. You know, that light touch, rub the same spot over and over until you almost want to ask them to stop because it really doesn’t feel that good kind of massage. And I didn’t get any of the hot stones or paraffin wax that others have mentioned. And this was the first time during a Pedi I didn’t get any lotion applied… just the scrub. Thought that was odd. As far as atmosphere, it looked clean, they had nice music, and the massage chairs have butt massagers… top notch! :) but I was seated right near the front where they had 2 incense burners going. I am sensitive to smoke and strong smells, so this instantly gave me a headache and made it hard for me to relax. So it ended up being $ 25 for the pedi. Good price in my opinion, but not a good product. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because of the owner who checked me out and helped me put my sandals on was very nice, opened the door for me and genuinely thanked me for coming in.(This wasn’t the technician who did my pedi, she was nowhere to be found). I’ve heard great things, but I’ll probably need to look elsewhere for my nail services.

This is a great neighborhood nail salon in Ballard. Kathy and Kim, the owners, honestly try to get to know their customers and are appreciative of your business. They make an attempt to ensure that you are happy with their work and will go the extra step if it isn’t to your liking. They have a large selection of Gellish and OPI gel nail colors. LT nails can get busy, so call them to make an appointment or see if it’s a good time for you to come in in case you’re in a rush. Don’t forget to pick up a stamp card if you plan to frequent this shop!
