I’ve been going there for years. The last visit I was intentionally overcharged. The dentist checked it 3 times and implied Obama care reduced what my insurance covered. I complained to my insurance company with a copy of the bill. 3 days later oops they pretended they made a mistake and gave me the difference. Buyer beware you will be overcharged!

Moved to the Seattle area about 2 years ago and transferred to this dentist due to being open on Saturdays and taking my coverage. I have had two cleanings with him, noticed he lacked in detail or explanation and was just there to get the work done. He is messy with his cleanings, spraying water all over your face. Not ever personable. But I wanted to wait it out and give him a chance. I had an appointment this weekend to have fillings on areas of my enamel I had brushed off to help my sensitivity, which was his recommendation. In a nutshell, turned out I had a cavity that he did not communicate to me or inform me of and THAT was what I was there for! Total lack of communication. Way I found out? I’m sitting in the chair all the sudden having a painful shot in the cheek and going numb, asking why that was happening when having enamel fillings was supposed to be pain free as from what he told me. He seemed confused and said I was there for a filling for my cavity. I was highly disappointed. First off, this was my FIRST cavity. I take care of my teeth. Kind of vital information for your dentist to communicate with you that you have one as well. But at my two cleanings, he never mentioned it. So not only was I being seen for something else other than what scheduled myself for, but had I known it was for a cavity, I would have scheduled it a lot sooner. He briefly said sorry but did not offer to cover the cost of my filling or to help fix the miscommunication in any way. I also noticed after my numbing wore away, that he had chipped one of my other back teeth during the process. Awesome. Bottom line, I will not be returning. Do not make the same mistake I did.

The front desk person messed up the billing with my insurance last year. On top of that, I decided to try a different ortho dentist and asked for my xrays. They acted like it would take all week to get them to me. And later said they will have to charge me 15 $ for xrays I already paid for. Lastly, they are only open tues-thurs. What kind of business is only open 3 days a week?! Find another dentist.

I had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Lee just 1 week ago, my gums are swollen and my teeth still hurt. His staff is very welcoming, the office is very old but clean. Dr. Lee is friendly sort of but he was very rough while cleaning my teeth and he used cold water to rinse my mouth, I explained to him I am sensitive to cold but he didn’t listen to me. I thought he was going to be our family dentist and before the cleaning I thought everything would work out and so I told him I need a dentist for my daughter who was with me at the once(almost 10 yrs old) and my husband is also looking to move from his current dentist, Dr. Lee was very bothered by this information and told me that he might do something very bad to my husband. So after that stattement and the rough treatment I received I decided I would not be going back. He also suggested I have a root canaal(not needed) and he wanted to saw off my tooth and cap it. I would not recommend Dr. Lee.
