I want to do in-store return for an online order because it arrived late before my mom left the country. But the SA made it so difficult and ended up not processing my return. It’s because the receipt is inside the box doesn’t show the price. And she told me that my order doesn’t show on the system and so on. She looked at me like I was telling her lies. I showed the confirmation and shipment email to her and also my bank account to show her the charged on my card. But still she didn’t wanna do it. She’s also rude when I came in to the store and said I wanted to do a return. She didn’t look happy. And made things harder after that. She tried to call a manager from another stores but no one is available. I heard that one of the manager will come in later afternoon. I told her that I could come back later after certain time(she mentioned 1:30 on the phone). But she said that she forgot which store she called and said she talked to one of the manager and that person said to her not to do a return. I knew that she lied because she just talked to another SA from another store. She really made a bad customer service ever. She talked to me in a rude way and didn’t believe with what I said even after I showed every proof. She was like accusing me in some way. I knew that she tried to make it harder but REALLY? is that how you do a customer service? She told me to do a mail return. It’s shown on the website that it’s an easy return in store and free so thats the reason i went to the store. PS: Next time please do a better customer service. Don’t disappoint customers or be rude!

I came here Saturday 1÷24÷15 around 8:30pm. The young sale lady was acting annoyed & hovered me around the shop. Everything that I touched to sample she curtly straightened them right away. Had the feeling she just wanted me to get out of her shop so she could leave work on time. I came in with the intention to purchase a lot more items, but with the bad service encountered I ended up buying only two. I have been a loyal L’occitane customer for a while now, but I’ll never come back to this location again. So sad since this store located in such a good location(University Village) that we frequent.

I love sales. Especially good ones at good places. It’s a typical-size store, with the sales items right at the front. Still warming up to their men’s line of skincare but still have too many samples from Sephora lol. Located by North Face.

I LOVETHEIRLOTION! I work in the dental field for many years wearing gloves & washing my hands all day. My hands would get super dry, chapped, and red. I received one of their lotion as a gift and was a little floored by price. I tried it and it works! Since then I have been hooked. This is the only lotion that works for me. The customer service was great. They helped me find all the things I was looking for and didn’t hover.

Wow. Why only 1 review before me? The staff here are usually super SUPER nice and helpful. I am 100% addicted to the lavender hand cream. I need it like I need water, only I enjoy it more. I get gifts in here alot, I love the stuff so I’m sure someone else will too. I left my bag from another store here, and because I had given my info as part of their customer loyalty program, the salesclerk actually emailed to tell me I left it. How awesome is that? So awesome, I bought two more lotions when I went in to pick it up.

Nice lady sold me a nifty Tub-o’-Shea butter(not the actual French term). I use it on my dry muzzle and feet sometimes.
