We’ve had excellent experiences with this practice. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient. They have an on-site lab and you can avoid hospital visits for simpler tests. Their office feels a bit clinical and there are no toys out in the lobby, but I prefer that since those office toys are always super germy. They have a separate area for newborns, since they are more vulnerable to contagious diseases, which I think is very smart. I think they are very professionally run and it helps to be in the same building as a Molly Moons ice cream shop for a post-immunizations treat!

I’ve brought my daughter here for years — — generally very satisfied — — but today when the doctor she saw had the simple task of calling in a prescription to the nearby QFC pharmacy(across the parking lot), it seemed more than the place could handle. I arrived at the pharmacy and was told they hadn’t received word of a prescription. They had trouble getting through to the doctor on the phone(so did I). After plenty of hand wringing, phone calling, getting placed on hold, having the folks in the doc’s office act clueless, and watching about an hour of my life get wasted, I finally had the prescription in hand. Kudos to the pharmacy for working hard to get it straightened out and fill the prescription quickly once they had it. It would have been much easier to have the doc hand me a written prescription rather than subject me to the«convenience» of calling it in. It’s not rocket science folks — — do your job better next time and you’ll receive a better review!
