LOFT

Love this LOFT location — it’s good-​sized, with a nice assortment upstairs, and a pretty decent sale rail downstairs. The staff were very helpful, even offering to get me a chair while my daughter did her shopping. No line at the register.

I’m not usually one to go shopping in places like this, but I came with some friends here and we all found something awesome at great prices!
Since I’m a really petite Asian girl, I skipped the first floor entirely, knowing that I probably won’t find anything that would be flattering on me. Instead, I immediately went downstairs to the Petites and Sale floor. I had no luck on this floor either unfortunately, but my friends did find a lot of stuff they liked and in their size! The clothing here is on the more expensive end but the sale section prices are great if you can find something in your size.
However, I did not leave empty-​handed. When my friends were trying on clothes, we discovered a final sale rack full of inexpensive clothing, mainly jeans. But of course, clothing that run in smaller sizes were nowhere to be seen. But after going through the whole rack while waiting for my friends, I found a pair of jeans my size and it’s ALSO petite! I’ve basically struck gold at this point. My pair of jeans were 19.88 $, one of my friends found a dress for 4.88 $ and my other friend found a pair of jeans for 4.88 $! This is surreal!
We probably loitered around this rack for 30 minutes, not realizing the store was closed 15 minutes ago… One of the employees came and told us they were closed but we can still pay for our stuff if we wanted. So of course we went upstairs to pay for them. They didn’t rush us at all. All the workers there were really friendly despite the fact that we were keeping them at the store.
Needless to say, we all left happy at our great finds! We will be back again for sure!

I was so happy when the new Loft opened downtown. The brand has done a lot to refresh their image and cater to young women.
The store is very clean and organized. Love that there’s a petite section right downstairs! There’s also a fitting room down there and I rarely have to wait for a room.
Although selection can be limited and a lot of their pieces are similar, it’s a great place for feminine office wear like pretty blouses, slick blazers and sophisticated pencil skirts. Also great for casual wear like basic tees, cozy knit sweaters, and bold-​colored skinnies. They also have some cute shoes!

New ATL location opened up a couple blocks away on Pike. I’ll review when I make it to the new store.
