Logans Hammer

I had Logan’s hammer do two remodels for my Arts and Crafts house in Ballard. In the fall of 2010 they did a kitchen remodel, put in huge french doors to open up the back of my house, and put in high-​end lighting throughout the house. Sean and his team had a perfect attention to detail and it was nice to see the owner (Sean) come out throughout the project to make sure everything was going good. The second remodel I had done was in June of 2011. Logans Hammer put in new Oak floors, built a beautiful new mantle, and opened up the floor plan between the living room and dining room. In my opinion, they are the most affordable high end builders in Seattle. I have had experience with other builders who show up for 5 minutes to give you the big sell, and then hand it off to a guy that has no experience. Absolutely not the case here. I plan on having them convert our garage into a mother in law apartment this winter.
