This wonderful spot is more of a studio than a gallery. A great place to see art installations being made! Loved their previous show from John Grade of the Middle Fork exhibit — a life size tree cast & reconstructed inside & the current exhibit by Julie Alpert is lovely!

Fantastic venue in South Lake Union. What sets this studio apart from others is they give the entire space to an artist to have as their canvas. Walking down Westlake Ave there are large windows you can look inside and see the art project progress over time. The artist is available to meet in person at times and learn about their piece. MadArt also opens up the space to host events and socials for community organizations and clearly shows their dedication to the arts and the community they are located. Stop by sometime and see a masterpiece develop over time.
