The portions are HUGE. Seriously. One order could easily feed two people no problem. People complain that it’s expensive but I don’t think it is compared to how much food you get — it’s still pretty much what any other place costs. I like to get the chicken teriyaki/chicken katsu/gyoza combo. It comes out to just under $ 15 but you get at least double the normal portions for both the chicken items plus 4 gyoza AND the salad AND the entire take out container full of rice. It lasts me three meals! I also really like that they have a ton of combos — even teriyaki/Chinese combos so that I don’t have to choose if I don’t want.

Orange chicken, fresh from the rubber tree! I ordered the Orange chicken, and when it came out, it was swimming in at least a quarter inch of the orange sauce. Sometimes, less is more. This is one of those times. But, i figured, what the hell, it’s here, how bad could it be? See, the thing about dishes like orange and other saucy servings is this: each piece of meat should be big enough that when you cook it, it can take the heat and maintain its chicken like qualities. When they are chopped as small as they were on this plate, and thrown into a clearly too hot pan, they transform into little rubbery nuggets akin to gizzards. I did not order to Orange Gizzards.

I would give them 3 stars for the quality of the food, but the lack of customer service makes me want to give them 0 stars. After being ignored for 10 minutes by the cashier, I tried to order a bubble tea, but was told that they were«out». I also ordered tofu teriyaki, which took about 20 minutes to come out — luckily I had friends to talk with, unlike the 5 other people waiting for their food and silently playing on their phones. Then someone else ordered a bubble tea, and they were given it! So I had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time, was lied to, and was ignored. Proceed with caution if you attempt to go here.

I love, love, love the beef teriyaki here, they have huge portions which make up for the 10 dollar price tag and excellent teriyaki sauce. Consistent and delicious. They’ve also been really nice about special ordering.

Really good. Come here often as I work nearby. Big fan of the fried rice and gyoza. Good prices and great portions. Their teriyaki sauce is sooooo good. Definitely a must try.

Horrible service. I was giving this place a second chance today. I have now received the wrong item both times I’ve been there. Shame on me for not checking before I left today. I ordered ANDPAIDFOR shrimp yakisoba. I got back to work and received chicken teriyaki with one shrimp skewer. No noodles and no vegetables. I called and they refused to make it right for me.

This place is terrible and the people that work there are the rudest most entitled people I’ve ever seen. THEY got my order wrong and refused to fix it. When I told them I’ll never do business there again they said they have enough business and don’t care. I know my little one or two orders a week won’t make or break them but hopefully combined with EVERYONE I tell NOTTOGOTHERE it will humble them.

The first time I came here, I had a really great experience. My food came out to me pretty quickly & it was tasty to boot! This time around, I brought my friend to try it out as well, but I was sorely disappointed. When we ordered, there were only 2 people ahead of us, so we figured the wait wouldn’t be long and decided to dine in. What a mistake that was. I ordered first, but my friend’s order came out before mine, which wasn’t a problem, except they’d made it to go instead of the dine in option we’d asked for. Still not too much of a problem — pretty easy to write off as a simple accident. That’s we ran into the longest wait I’ve ever had at a teriyaki place. At least 5 people that had ordered after me(a couple of them with larger orders) got their food first & after an hour of waiting and repeating my order to the cashier, I finally received my food. I can’t say I’ll be coming here again.

I love this place!!! The portions are extremely generous, the meat is cooked perfectly and they are super friendly. They have a great brown rice and amazing chicken breast. Prices seem a bit high but for what you get I think it’s worth it. HINT: Call ahead and place your order for pickup.

This place is never open! I’ve gone TWICE now during their regular hours(when they’re supposed to be open!) and the lights are off and the door locked. No sign or anything with an explanation, and they don’t pick up the phone. Very disappointing bc the food is pretty good, but I went all the way out there not once but twice to find them closed. Make sure you call before you go, and if they don’t answer just assume they didn’t feel like opening that day and take your business elsewhere!

Good size restaraunt, great customer service, good selection. Though the teriyaki tasted just as good as other locations, nothing that really makes it stand out.

Big portions, decent food, but way expensive for normal teriyaki! Also service was bad since the cashier didn’t speak english.

55 minutes and counting for an order of chicken teriyaki and an order of tofu teriyaki to go. I could understand if they were slammed but 4 out of 6 tables are empty. This is the second time I’ve waited more than 30 mins for takeout here. This time I finished 2 crossword puzzles. Aahhhhh… never again.

My favorite teriyaki place in North Seattle! So yummy and love the amount of food they give! Try their bubble tea too! I always get taro, matcha green tea or watermelon! :-) we go here a lot! We used to live in the apartment complex next to it but now that we moved, we still make a way to buy from them.

I always look forward to trying new teriyaki places and this was my first time here. I went around 3:30 p.m. and my food came out quickly. I ordered to go and got spicy chicken teriyaki. The thing that I loved most is that there were huge portions, good rice, and it was fast. However, the chicken wasn’t that good, the onions mixed in to the spicy chicken weren’t cooked all the way and that’s not my favorite way to eat an onion. There were lots of onions like that. Also, the side veg was under-cooked. The food wasn’t hot all the way through so I may have gotten chicken that was just waiting for someone to walk through the door. That method, if that’s what happened, may be great for someone walking through the door between 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. but this was well into the afternoon. I was expecting HOT chicken. Needless to say, the chicken didn’t set well with me. The food tasted good and it could have been better. Also, the service was fine and it could have been better. I love teriyaki places where they clearly love that you’re there by smiling and being friendly. The young man wasn’t rude or anything. It was just Meh… I’ve experienced better. It may be different at peak hours and I probably won’t go back to find out.

Complimentary miso soup served buffet style(at least for onsite diners, don’t know about to-go or pick up orders). Nice friendly owners. The food was okay. The tofu appeared to be double-fried so the skin was extra thick and crispy — kind of odd. That’s all I remember at the meal … it was not otherwise remarkable.
