Marselle Condos

Reviewing a condo complex is a bit hard. Technically all of the units here are sold to owners, however you will find a lot of renters such as myself moving in and out. I have lived here for two years now and here is my full review based on my experience. I live in a small 1 bedroom 550sqft condo that overlooks the 99 highway.
Location:
The location on the corner of Denny and 6^th are nearly perfect. You are a 5 to 15 minute walk to just anything you would want to do. From Freemont, Capital Hill, Downtown, Whole Foods, or just about anything else. You are near everything, which is fantastic.
The condo is surrounded by a Quality Inn, Shell Gas Station, and Hyatt. The hotels aren’t very much of an issue at all, however if you are close to the Shell Gas Station there is some riff raff late at night for sure. I don’t live on that side, but I do know it could be a bit sketchy. The alley way between Marselle and Hyatt is an alley way just like any alley way in Seattle… I have always felt safe around the condo, however there are some homeless around Denny and the 99 and often at the Shell. Be prepared to be asked for spare change often. I feel alright as a single male in my late 20’s, however you might want to take some caution and not be out there at 3am.
Building:
The building is a great build, with great views of the city. You can watch the New Year’s fireworks from the roof top or just chill and grill up top. I don’t own a car, however there is plenty of parking and usually a spot comes with the condo based on if your owner has one. The alley way of course will be an issue and I wouldn’t want to really live on the first few floors on that side, but going up higher would probably be better.
Noise:
I live right on the 99 and that might scare some people, however I have adapted extremely well to it. The dual pane windows are extremely nice and at night it is extremely quiet. If you are hyper sensitive to noise then this isn’t a place for you, however I find it a bit soothing at times sort of like white noise. If you look at the condos nothing will be «hidden» from you as what you see and hear is what you will get.
Inside:
My favorite part about this building is that it is all concrete construction. This means you can’t hear any of your neighbors ever. Unless they have something turned to 11 it is pretty quiet. In the hallway you might hear things from doors, but that is every apartment/​condo ever. Each condo will be different based on what your owner decided to put in. I have great stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and great wood floors.
Amenities:
There is a full yoga studio and workout room so if you are into that you are all set. There is a bike rack in the garage, but I have never used it as I keep my bikes inside, which would be my recommendation if you care about your bike at all. There is a grill on the roof that I have used a few times and works well. As far as I know each unit comes with storage unit in the garage and that has been really helpful. There is also a community room that you can request which is nice.
Misc:
There are a bunch of mid 20s to mid 30s professionals in the building and a bunch of dogs. Everyone has been extremely nice and I have never had an issue with anyone. I really enjoy living here and hope to stay for a few more years.

How do I review a condominium building? …
Good location, clean, nice fixtures, good people (for the most part), nice view from the roof, workout room, etc.
It feels like a dorm for kid-​less 30-​ish professionals, in a good way.
