Gorgeous views, especially sunset, just a quick 5 min jaunt down the street from Kerry Park.
Difference between Kerry & Marshall: here you see the Olympic mountains afar, a few islands, Magnolia, and Elliott Bay marina down below instead of the iconic downtown Seattle + Mount Rainier view. Best to catch both!
There is a small grassy area and a couple park benches on which to sit and enjoy the view. Probably more available parking, and grand homes to impress. Enjoy the view!

Of course I love this park. Amazing views over the Sound. Just please respect others that are around. Those reading a book or seeking relaxation don’t care to hear your obnoxiously loud conversation in this small space.

Marshall Park offers picturesque views of the Sound.
If you’re visiting Kerry Park, this spot is certainly worth the .25-​mile walk afterward. It’s far less crowded than Kerry, and located right across the street from another notable stop: Parsons Gardens.

The other view from Queen Anne. If you stop by Kerry park, make sure to wander down here. It has an amazing view of the puget sound and the best spot to watch the sunset.

Marshall Park is a short, beautiful walk from the famous Kerry park on t Highland Drive in Seattle. It offers beautiful views of puget sound. Park close to Kerry Park down the street, stay at Kerry Park for a few minutes and then take a short walk down to Marshall park. The houses on Highland Drive are wonderful to look at as you walk to Marshall park.

A scenic sunset with sunglasses, silhouetted Olympics a stand-​still diversion perfect for quiet conversation, reflection, woo-​empitchment. Just down the road from the more crowded but equally scenic Kerry Park, Marshall Park is highly digable.

While this has a great view of the boats at the marina, I didn’t think that this was not much of a park… there was basically a tiny strip of grass and 4 benches placed around it that is overlooking the view. The view is pretty because you can see the mountains in the distance and if you come on a Saturday, you can see the cruise ships that dock at the marina as well!
Pros:
— Beautiful lookout onto the Puget Sound with the mountains in the distance
Cons:
— I would not call this a park… there really isn’t much here… they should just call it a scenic lookout!!!
Why I gave it a 4…
A different view then Kerry Park, but it is still beautiful view of the Puget Sound with some mountains in the background: D Plus you can see the boats and a cruise ship if you come on the right day! I wouldn’t call a strip of grass with 4 benches a park, but whatever… it’s a beautiful lookout!

For all of us who live in cookie-​cutter urban condos, this place is perfect. We call it our Backyard. Nice place to come relax on a grassy hill in the sun. Tourists will come through but generally not linger like they do down the street at Kerry Park. Come watch a sunset from here sometime… you won’t be disappointed!

This is such a cool little spot! Just at the end of one of the best running spots in Queen Anne (8th Pl Way). Amazing view of Puget Sound and a very romantic little spot. Across from Parsons gardens, another romantic spot. Cool little space!

Bellevue, WA
This is not as great of a viewpoint as Kerry Park a few blocks away, but it is still a pretty good one. Even if you go to Kerry, I think it is worth visiting Marshall because it offers up a different viewpoint with some spectacular panoramics.
Kerry has views of the cityscape, the water and areas to the East. I think the appeal of Marshall is the neighborhood that it is located, but also the views of the Interbay neighborhood and Elliott Bay. Not to mention that there is not as much of a crowd here.
There is no parking right next to the viewpoint, but it seems like you are fine to park a couple blocks away from here. Maybe perhaps park at the middle point between here and Kerry. If you are already up on Queen Anne, you might as well see the view from Marshall too!

This is a great photo-​op spot for a view of Puget sound. You can get a few of the mountains and the water. I’d strongly recommend taking a panoramic/​wide angle lens for some good shots.
It’s not too far from Kerry Park, so you could take a little jaunt over there for a few of the Seattle skyline with Rainier. It’s sort of like getting the best of both views of Seattle with these two parks.

Carlsbad, CA
Great place to take visitors for excellent pics of Puget Sound and Seattle. Parsons Garden is across the street and you may even see a wedding being photographed! This is one of my favorite «lookouts» and places to take my pup for a stroll. Gorgeous sunsets on a clear day!

Amazing viewpoint a few blocks west of famous kerry park, marshall park offers a more natural view with an unobstructed view of puget sound. This park gets a better sunset view then kerry park, and usually has ¼ of the crowds. Highland Dr. (Kerry Park and Marshall Park) is a must for any out of town visitor

This great view point is on Highland Ave about ¼ mile west of Kerry Park and right across from Parsons Park. It has great views of the bays, West Seattle /​Alki Beach and the Magnolia Bridge and Marina area. This is another wonderful view of area that is and is not Seattle! It also is not as well known as the cityscape view of Kerry park during sunset, this is place to be for wonderful panoramas of Bays.
