Gas station is no longer valero gas station it has changes to Mobil. Very friendly and great customer service. After new owner took over store has changed to «everyone welcome» atmosphere. My children and i stepped in to use the restroom and the employee was super friendly and allowed us to use the restroom without purchasing anything inside the store. After the kindness we received i stop by this gas station for gas and food all the time.

Lame. Just started charging .49c on all credit/​debit use regardless of the amount purchasing. Won’t be back. Good luck with that. Ps. It’s illegal.

Rude and uncooperative. This employee who identified herself as «Donna» and «manages the store» is just looking for conflict and wants to play the victim. I asked her why she was being awkward and she said she didn’t want to serve me then threatened to call the police, which she did. I told her she was being unnecessarily difficult and there is no sign posted stating you have to pre-​pay for the off-​road diesel. (which I have been buying here for several years). This business just lost a long-​time customer. I’ll gladly pay 30 cents more per gallon to NOT patronize this station and deal with «Donna» the victim.

Just got ripped off by this place. Their sign said regular gas was $ 2.09/gallon so I used my debit card. They charged me the credit price of $ 2.19 and when I went in to complain and ask for an adjustment, the clerk told me to look at the sign… that the sign said Cash for $ 2.09 and debit/​credit for $ 2.19. Unfortunately, I was late for an appointment, so couldn’t spend more time arguing with her, but their sign actually says «Cash/​Valero Credit» for $ 2.09 and Credit for $ 2.19. There is no mention of Debit being treated like credit. I know of no other gas station that treats a debit card the same as a credit card. Oh, and by the way, in case you want to have proof of their ripoff, they conveniently don’t provide receipts.

The other poster said she likes the people who work here, but I’ve always found them rude. The last straw came recently. My cell phone was damaged; I was stranded and I needed to call a cab. I asked if I could use their phone and was told no. Then I asked if the guy would call a taxi for me and he said «we don’t call cabs man — try somewhere else.» It’s not because he was busy — there were no customers in the store. And it’s not like it was the middle of the night, it was 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon. The jerk just couldn’t be bothered to help out somebody who needed help.
If you value a place that’s willing to look out for their customers avoid this place. Cab drivers, please don’t buy fuel from these people — they «don’t call cabs, man.»
I went next door to the Burrito Loco and they were very gracious and helpful. Wish I’d gone there first. Please avoid this Valero and the hostile jackwagon who runs it.

I love this place, I work across the street and frequent this station often. Inside is your typical gas station, but I love all the people who work there (they are so sweet!)
