Rachel is by fat the best trainer I’ve worked with. Training sessions with her have been the best(if not the best) investments I’ve made. She always changes up our sessions so I never get bored, challenges me whilst ensuring my safety, and is an incredible motivator. I have to say that she’s not only a great trainer, but also simply an amazing woman. She’s a wonderful listener, understanding, and genuinely cares about my overall wellbeing and health. I have seen some incredible changes and I’m much happier and confident about my body and athletic ability. These changes have also translated to other parts of my life, which I’m grateful for. My body and mind have greatly benefitted from Move Strong Training!

Prior to working with Rachel, I’d had a different personal trainer for several years and had taken a hiatus from training for about 6 months. Although I still worked out frequently, I felt like I was lacking direction and not getting the results I wanted on my own. Then I found Move Strong Training and that all changed — I look forward to my sessions with Rachel because I always learn something new, either a full workout or a new move, that I can add to my routine. She recognizes that I need purpose for working out and helps me set goals and then reach them. Lastly, she has helped me feel comfortable in my own skin again and appreciate my body’s strength and capabilities. So happy to have found Rachel and Move Strong Training — highly recommend!

I’ve tried getting in shape multiple times over the years, but never really stuck with it. I really enjoy working with Rachel. Keeps me motivated and changes up the routine constantly so I don’t get bored. Happy to say I’m still going and getting healthier!

Rachel is awesome — I’ve been working out with her since July 2015 and she always kicks my butt! I get a really good work out in, in only 30 minutes! What I appreicate is that she does everyhting that she asks us to do. Jump squats, burpees, lunges, ect, she is right there sweating with me! She works hard and knows her stuff!
