I began working out before my wedding 2 years ago at Gold’s gym and then followed my trainer, Zach, here to Urban Kinetics. The facility has all we need and Zach has customized a workout for me that incorporates my goals and works to build my fitness level with both weights and circuit training. MWF, my husband and I train together and Zack is excellent at continually changing up our sessions so we both get the workout we need. I hope he doesn’t object, but it’d be a shame if you overlooked Urban Kinetics and Zach because you couldn’t connect. E-mail Zack at and let him know that Ro highly recommended him. :-)

Im interested in going here even hiring a personal trainer but they are impossible to get ahold of. No one picks up the phone. The website isnt supported by my ipad so I cant go to the website, and no has been there when ive walked by. Pretty frustrating.

I’ve been training at Urban Kinetics for only a few weeks, but I must say, I love it! The studio is made up of self-employed personal trainers, who all use the space. My trainer is Kit Hill, who is so positive, and just a great guy all around. He makes fitness fun! They have a variety of trainers for every kind of training situation, and different costs. I would suggest going to the website or actually going by the studio to pick up some business cars for available trainers, because the y don’t have a receptionist and no one has ever answered the phone when I’ve called. The one drawback(or is it?) is that they don’t have memberships, so you do most of your work-outs at a different gym, and come see your trainer for weigh-ins and guided-work-outs as often as you like the pay for the sessions. I personally go to 24-hour-Fitness, b/c they have super cheap sign-up and monthly plans without a contract and it works well to go there 3 or 4 times a week and see Kit once a week. Highly recommended.
