Listed as a grocery store, but it’s not. It’s beer and junk food, and now a UPS«Access Point,» meaning if you live nearby and UPS can’t deliver your package they’ll take it here.

cool place. straight beer shop(not a HUGE selection though) with a few wines and a random assortment of corner store items. Not sure about bottles, but pints were cheap at $ 4 or $ 4.50 and free ping pong yup

40 $ or more cheaper for a keg than at Uberbar. Excellent!!! Thank you!

Great neighborhood corner store… ice cream, incidentals and microbrews! My kids love the ice cream and we love the go to store for milk, ice cream, and beers… we love to support a local business!

I hate to complain… but this place has kinda gone downhill lately. This being a neighborhood convenience store, they’re kinda missing the«convenience» part. They close early! They do have the booze/junk food thing figured out… but those tend to be things people buy late. And, the dude parks his motorcycle inside. Next to the old lawn furniture. I mean, I get it– it’s a convenience store, but damn. It’s pretty nasty and dirty in there. The plus is that the staff is really nice. And they got heart– they are just kinda missing the point a little. Focus on the basics! I used to go to the 56th St. Market in Tangletown, and that place is great. I wish these guys would follow their lead.

Mr. Bill’s is exactly what you want in the neighborhood convenience store: friendly clerks, all the essentials, and a great booze selection. They have an an entire corner of the store devoted to wine, a bunch of beer fridges, and they have growler fills! Only downside is they close kind of early — 9 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends I believe, so no late night beer runs, but sometimes that’s for the best…

The staff consists of a friendly giant, an Asian woman and(I’m going to guess) perpetual community college student. You know what they have in common? They’re all really goddamn nice. Yes, the beer/smokes costs slightly more then 7 – 11 but I feel good supporting a non-franchise chain. They are also dog friendly and my pup loves to party so he’s always stopping in for the shhhhh… the bad.

This place has good prices on everything you need and the owner/employees are really nice! I’m glad some neighborhood stores like this are still around.

Nifty little Frallard mom ‘n popper, nothing particularly special about the merchandise. Milk, eggs and bread. But it is handy, it’s not a chain, and they are super friendly. Too few of these independents left. So I support them when I can, lest the whole world becomes a 7 – 11.

I live nearby and have been coming here since I was a kid. Think penny candy. I just thank god that there are a few neighborhood grocery stores still left in Seattle since its seem the rest have all disappeared.

Live in «Frelard» and run out of toilet paper? Have a quick craving for Ben & Jerry’s ice cream? Need to pick up the latest Stranger to find out what shows are in town or who made«drunk of the week» this week? AND you say you don’t want to haul yer butt allllllll the way down to Ballard Fred Meyer? Mr. Bill’s has your every convenience store convenience — beer, mac n cheese, beef jerky, ice cream galore, even dusty greeting cards. Besides, who can resist giving their business to a place that allows an 80s claymation character like Mr. Bill to live on in eternity?
