I wouldn’t suggest this firm. Mike said he could get me more if we went to court. I agreed and ended up with $ 3000 less than the original settlement due to them nickel and diming with costs. They did not negotiate costs of doctors even though they said they would. They didn’t bother sending me to any drs OR helping me find ways to get to drs after I told them the issues I was having. My car was totaled, I had no vehicle and couldn’t walk, lost my job. When I called for advice, i was told to just find a doctor. They did not have any recommendations and I was unable to get to any. Months later crap we need Dr’s documentation… I can’t walk… wtf? I’ve never delt with a lawyer that doesn’t have resourses for their clients. They don’t listen. It took them months to take my husband off the claim. He wasn’t involved, and we’re seperated… Every document I got from them was wrong, incomplete, or had old info. I’m now dealing with the medical bills they were suppose to fix. They went to collections after I was told everything was taken care of. I feel lied too and taken advantage of.

I was hit by a car while crossing the street and I suffered some serious injuries. The medical bills came by the dozens and I was in no shape to handle all the paperwork I needed to. I’m so grateful to Mike and Erika for all their help and for fighting the good fight. They not only sought a settlement but they helped me get the medical bills paid by the PIP for the driver who hit me. I was so overwhelmed I would have likely ended up with bills in collections without their help. No amount of money can make this kind of situation worth it, but the amount they settled for will make a world of difference in our lives going forward. I couldn’t be happier with their work on my case.
