I’ve been working with Zarya for a little less than a year, and through two moves(business and home). Previously to working with her I had read a number of books on Western feng shui and knew a friend who had worked with a Western feng shui practitioner on his home. Zarya’s approach is *not* the Western approach. She won’t come into your home and tell you to rearrange or tidy things(wish I had known that before I cleaned for days!). Instead, she’ll look at your birth information, the building’s orientation and influences at time of construction, and then will map the ba gua to the building, not to each room of your apartment/office. As for remedies, it’s largely five element theory, based on how you and your space come together energetically [layman’s explanation here!]. For example, one section of your home might need more Water element to be balanced with you, examples of which might include a fountain, an aquarium, the color black, and strict avoidance of things that drain, control, or insult Water(e.g. a bunch of plants). With this in mind, working with Zarya has been really eye-opening in seeing the energetic patterns I had consistently been attracted to time and time again, and the ways in which I could nourish other, deficient elements in my environment and consequently my being. Recommended for: Folks tired of bumping into the same old issues — whether financial, personal injury, or relationship concerns, who are ready to do what it takes to make change. Tip: Zarya’s customer service is unparalleled when it comes to addressing questions and concerns– at the time of posting this review, she includes this complimentary service for a year when you hire her.(Whoa!) She tends not to overwhelm folks with information; but I have found I’ve gotten even more out of working together when I ask questions and share my thoughts — so don’t be shy!
