This was the best veggie phở we have had in Seattle out of about 5 different places throughout the Seattle area. Lots of different kinds of vegetables and the vegan broth is very tasty. Must try!

Clean, polite, tastes pretty good, priced for Admiral neighborhood. Hard to justify eating here again as the price was really high and the selection of what you can get in your phở is limited. If you want to have tripe/tendon/steak and meatball in your bowl of phở… you ain’t getting it here.

This place is new, clean, good service and good food at a decent price. I had the pork chop dish which is very generous portion. I hope this place stays in business as good prices in restaurants are disappearing!

Standard phở place, with friendly and attentive service. They have really, really flavorful vegan broth, which I rarely encounter in any kind of basic Asian noodle soup. Veggies are fresh, servers are attentive, staff is welcoming, décor is quirky. I will definitely be coming back here. One thing I noticed was that the bottles of fish sauce on the tables are not labeled. This is perhaps a result of absentmindedness but I would strongly suggest that someone label each condiment on the table, because of possible allergies or dietary restrictions/preferences. PS They have the oolong tea spelled«ulong» on the menu which likely has nothing to do with anything but it was funny to me, and I am snobby about tea, so there.

We just ordered chicken phở and beef phở for take out. As I was eating my chicken phở, I bit into a raw piece of chicken. So gross and scary! I don’t think we will be eating here again. Too bad. We were excited to have phở so close to home. Very disappointing!

I have never been so happy to give 5 stars! Delicious, friendly, Delicious, quick, Delicious and clean! The menu gives you lots to choose from, good variety, without having a ton of choices. Everything we tried with beef tenderloin was awesome! Phở broth was tasty! Everything tasted so fresh! Can’t wait to go back for more!

Tried the«new» Phở place. After reading some negative reviews was armed in case of disappointment. Not the case. Is it exceptional– no. Is it better than good — yes. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. No lost marks. Menu is limited but varied enough. Phở choices are the usual. Broth is nicely seasoned, meat is not rubbery. Wife had a non Vietnamese dish– sweet n sour chicken, and it was not over breaded, and the sauce was not the usual overly sweet type. We also tried the calamari appetizer and it was very good. Overall, we are happy and will return. InAlki you have either Saigon Boat on the beach, which is cheaper but has little if any ambiance, or pay up a few extra dollars and go here. Both are good, but New Leaf raises the bar a bit.

Was bummed to see bahn mi isn’t on their menu, so it took me awhile to get around to trying this place. Really glad I did. Friendly staff, crispy golden tofu app was perfectly seasoned, added peppers and onions really elevated this basic appetizer. Also had the tofu and veggie phở with vegan broth, so BOMB. Best vegan phở I’ve had in Seattle, hands down. Super flavorful. Only issue I have is the baby carrots in the phở, thought it was a weird choice as opposed to chopped whole carrots, looks kinda cheap and was weird to eat. I can get over that though, because it tasted sooo good. Will definitely be back.

Menu clearly stated which items can be made vegetarian. Gluten free and spicy. Nice, clean atmosphere. Yummy broth with 6 different veggies and tofu in the vegan bowl.

Delish! Lots of options beyond just phở, and plenty of veggies in everything. We tried a bunch of dishes(bun, phở and fresh spring rolls) and left happy with all of it. Great addition to the neighborhood!

New Phở+ place DIRECTLY across from the Admiral Theater. Great place to get a quick dinner before a movie. Service was prompt. Phở was delicious. You can pick two different meats or tofu/veggies to go in broth. Want to try the other dishes-they looked great.

One of better phở options in West Sea with a richer, flavorful broth and standard accompaniments. A little higher priced for a regular bowl($ 9ish). Spring rolls were on par with better offerings in Seattle. Only the first visit, but looking forward to exploring a bit more of the menu.

Looks like the kinks have been worked out for the most part. Got food quicker and faster this time. One order wasn’t right, even though they said it was. I will look past that now. Just happy to a have a decent Vietnamese place in the neighborhood. I’m sure it will be even better when it’s up and running 100%

This place has been open for just over 2 weeks and they are doing great! We just ate take-out for dinner and it was delicious. The salt & pepper calamari was my favorite. The peppers were colorful, fresh & spicy. The calamiri was lightly battered & fried to perfection! I also really enjoyed my vermicelli bowl with beef & egg roll. The veggies were crisp & the meat was super flavorful. My only distaste was that the meat was really chewy. I wasn’t a fan of the egg rolls they had a sweet finish that I didn’t expect, I don’t usually eat egg rolls so it didn’t bother my opinion. We also had the general tsao chicken which was spicy & sweet, delicious, but the dish was a little on the small side. Or maybe we just liked it so much that we wanted more. Also to note, the staff were friendly &the other patrons were happy! All in all a very welcome addition to the neighborhood & we will surely try more dishes.

My husband and I went last night for a late dinner. I was very happy to see so many vegan options. I had the vegan phở, which was very fresh and healthy, and a delicious mango salad. My husband opted for the beef phở, which he said was very fresh and pretty good. Neither one of us felt sick afterwards(i usually feel sick after eating vietnamese food). The owner is very sweet and welcoming, and the servers were very nice and attentive. They are new to the area and so are working out the start-up kinks that can occur in the first few weeks. I will definitely be back again.

Brand new in the Admiral Junction. A Vietnamese restaurant with a number of food options but I thought I would try the Phở. Got it with beef broth, ribeye and steak. The veggies were fresh and plentiful. I liked the beef broth — flavorful. Clean and airy inside with friendly staff. Very glad to have another option in the Admiral Junction.

These guys are brand new, so I think it’s reasonable to expect a few growing pains, but I haven’t experienced any. The phở is flavorful and just the right amount, and the chicken wings are well seasoned. I haven’t had anything else yet, but I intend to. The prices are fair, the space is several notches above your average phở joint, and the service was good. No complaints, just super happy about having a nice Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance from my home!

Just had lunch here and everything was delicious. The staff was kind and prompt. I hope the folks that complained about customer service don’t go back because I want this place all to myself! The appetizers: fried chicken wings, salt and pepper calamari, and eggrolls were great starters. The phở broth wasn’t clear, but still very flavorful. The porkchop rice dish was very good and fulfilling. Gluten free options, brown rice, and vegan broth available. Didn’t see banh xeo, I was craving for that. The ice coffee was very good!!! Great addition to West Seattle — don’t have to travel across the bridge to Little Saigon. Will be back to check out the bar section,(hennessy, please! :)) great private space for a dinner party!

Let me start by saying the food wasn’t bad. The service is another story. Ok I know it’s a new spot but hire some trained wait staff! There were people who walked in and were ignored. There were three tables of people seated who got up and left because they weren’t served. The wait staff looked confused. They took plates out of the kitchen one by one regardless of the orders/table. I saw them bring 5 dishes(three different waiters) to one table and each time it was the wrong order. I had to remind them that I wasn’t the only one eating dinner at the table after my soup went cold waiting for the other order. They never brought checks so people lined up at the back counter to pay. Why is there a back counter? Is this a bistro or a takeout joint? It’s hard to tell. I’ll give them another try in the future and call it growing pains but please please hire TRAINED wait staff!
